I booked this trip for my mother’s birthday and made arrangements with the staff to surprise her for the weekend. Thank you to the team who went above and beyond to make her day unforgettable ; shoutout to Mercy especially who helped put all this together!

The location was good and staff friendly

The AC looked like it was falling through the ceiling, the shower rose was dirty and squirted water sideways only, and the duvet had blood stain on it which was not caused by us.

The rooms clean and modern. Bath spacious and plenty of lighting. Showers were great and hot. The food at the restaurant is priced fairly and tastes exceptional. Quality ingredients and great chefs. Purity, the manager was exceptional at solving any questions and making us feel welcome. So did all restaurant staff.

There is not much to complain about. Staff go beyond to ensure your stay is great.

rooms are dated, hot water takes forever to arrive which means a lot of wasted water. rooms could use a refresh and the piping is not good at yellow to brown colored water comes out.

Hairdryer in room was in a dangerous condition with live and neutral brown and blue wires exposed. Air con fan extremely noisy Pool / outside area was well worn and lacked furniture Bar was dark and unwelcoming. Lacked furniture. Drinks were short measured. This hotel needs a little investment in outside area and minor issues require addressing condition of hair dryer flex very worrying

Not worth the price tag for one night. Silly use of the card for electricity. Went out and then the fridge never worked so my beers were not cold. Silly feature!
