Only one very small criticism, our shower wouldn’t stay on without keeping finger on the button but I’m sure that would have been sorted now

Perfect location. Close to everything. City sightseeing Hop on Hop off bus leaves from catty corner across the street. Perfect to buy a 24 hr pass. Conwy and the castle are one of the stops. Great breakfast with nice staff. Host Cheryl is a lovely person.

we were on the top floor and there were a lot of stairs for my husband but that was my fault because I booked it last year and never thought about it till we got there

Down stairs lovely.
Bedroom no bottled water( could buy from downstairs) would have thought for star rating and price should have been included. Sash window would not stay open, always sleep with window slightly open, had to find something to keep open.
