Environment was serene and helped with relaxation after a long daybof hard work. Availability if gym and sauna were a huge plus. It's a shame I didn't carty attire for swimming

Location and ac

TV didn't work, and staff told me that was my challenge to deal with. I could have chosen a cheaper hotel if I didn't want tv. They didn't offer to move us or anything, just we had to deal with it.

The wellness facilities is a nice little touch to the place, the greenery around the pool is beautiful and very well maintained. The staff are very courteous and obliging.

The cleanliness of the rooms, on the surface they look clean but the bathroom tiles were dirty and the furniture in the room was a little dusty.

I liked the property. it was pretty nice and felt very much quality for a very good cost. the meals were very good!

I am not a smoker so while smokers were put in a designated smoking area it is too close to not impede none smokers. it was very intrusive too often during dinner or breakfast. the smoke was really bad.

The Customer Service at this property is exceptional. 8/10 The Pool and Restaurant Area are quite good as well, very comfortable and private

The Breakfast Menu lacks any flavour as well as most of the food being Stale. Most of the Gym Equipment is quite dusty. I felt the rooms are abit overpriced

This is a low-budget hotel that is quite affordable compared to many within the same location. The staff is very friendly and responsive.

Their rooms and facilities need complete makeover, like the implementation of keycard access to replace old-school manual keys, complete overhaul of bathrooms to bring in more light. The closets have good space but clearly unkempt. Lose floor tiles and the list goes on. This place has great potential, but its clearly mismanaged. The pool side gets very noisy due to likely non-resident party rentals. Management, please fix these issues.

Good room, great shower, location (if you are looking for an area where you can have a few beers than you are good, everything else there are maybe better options) was good for going out.

Staff were great and helpful. even though the gym was run down somewhat Daniel was very helpful. Indian food was great.
