Very good rooms, building itself very nice
Swimming pool was half day closed. I booked just because of the pool for my kids, but had to keep my kids away, and explain somehow, that cannot swim.

I liked pretty much everything from the beginning
The smell and sound of the neighbours living next door to us. We could hear and smell everything. Cooking, shouting, sex, arguing...

Nice rooms with well stocked kitchenette and nice view over the city. Pool is ok but you can hear noise from
traffic / the university next door.
Breakfast is terrible. Filipino style small buffet - meat, rice and egg, which is ok but it was cold every morning! No fruit or pastry. Need more vegetarian options. Coffee was terrible. Fruit juice not real fruit. The pictures of breakfast on booking.com are a complete lie.

I like the Filipino Meal. The pool was amazing. Rooms has great view! Location was beside Gaisano Grand Mall, easy access. What I love in this place was the lobby area, some of their furnitures looks like your in Thailand. Will go back here! Staffs are helpful and let us check in earlier than the check in time.

Our room is supposedly with garden view but we only saw a lot of trash from neighboring property.

Clean and generally good service. The staff is helpful.
The exception was the Security Guard at the gate who refused to wear his mask (had it under his chin). He would approach the vehicle that way wanting to speak to us unmasked. This is pandemic and that kind of behavior is dangerous. Anyway when I reported it, I think they called his attention.

It was so homey, Everything we could possibly need is there,the rooms are clean. The bed are comfortable. The pool scheduling was so favorable specially this pandemic.
