Dovolj blizu centra.

Independent place and systems put in place to be an independent person
Everything. I got stuck in shower cubicle as the knob was broken from inside.
2.5
The room was clean and tidy with aircon, big bathroom with shower and small balcony (no view) and a small TV. A cheap breakfast was available in the small breakfast room on the ground floor.
I don't know what the bed sheets were washed or dried with but they smelled of onions (that's the only way I could describe it) It was very obvious and made it difficult to sleep.
You need a PIN to get into the hotel as there are staff on duty which is ok if the PIN is correct. The original PIN that was sent was incorrect.
The walls are paper thin, expect to hear all the comings and goings, peoples T V's and interesting conversations.

Location of the hotel is pretty close to the important points. You can simply walk in 10 minutes.
The elevator was a horror movies from 70’s. Rooms was interesting in design smaller than we expect.
4.5
Position closed to the leaning tower.
Staff friendly and always quickly replying.
maybe usage of parking area can be improved, but as said position is perfect to visit Pisa and nearby area.

Room was GREAT for a short stay with a family of 4. The additional charge for breakfast of 5 euro each to start the day is actually very good for what you can get. First day went out for breakfast and it cost a lot more.
Would of been nice to have a kettle in room to make drinks but the machine in the breakfast room was good just not accessible except for breakfast.

The location was fairly good. It’s a good choice for short stays, up to 3 days.
The main disadvantage for Pisa, in general, there is no Uber or Bolt app working there. We didn’t take breakfast. The bad was uncomfortable, especially pillows.
4.5
- Staff (lady on reception) was very friendly and helpful.
- Location was close to Leaning Tower of Pisa and everything
- Parking, we were driving so parking on street and in hotel was very important
- Clean, Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable and okay for short stay
- Late Check-in, we checked in at 10 pm, it was self checkin. Key was at reception. No issues.
- Late Food Nearby, 600m from hotel (walking 10 mins) food and drinks are available till 1 AM in night. We ate at Bangla Doner (run by a couple). Food was good, fresh and economical.
Rooms were little old style but not bad at all. A little renewal will do the magic

Very nice hotel in perfect location close to the Tower. Very friendly staff at the reception desk. Good breakfast and very clean. Great value for money and as advertised. Would definitely recommend for everyone visiting Pisa.

We picked this hotel as it's within walking distance from the train, we arrived by train. It's also not far from campo dei miracoli and restaurants
The fact that reception staff aren't there all day. The reception desk is manned for a few hours in the morning and then again for a few hour's late afternoon. We wanted to book a taxi to the airport, we were told we couldn't book in advance and were given a taxi company number which we tried many times to get though too without success. Ended up walking back to train station and getting a train

location is relatively close to attractions area
very small old elevator , no receptionist after 5 pm , sound of flush in neighborhood rooms is noisy
1.0
It’s not a hotel, it’s a hostel, an appropriate price might be 30 euro not 135.
No reception staff after 5, rooms have no ac, no drinkable water etc etc
It’s budget accommodation at a higher price

Good location
Bad service generally, not much for breakfast and didn't see staff anytime. Small shower and old rooms, didn't feel like a hotel more like a hostel.

Convenient location. Very clean
Could have been better lit as I got there late in the evening

Beds were very hard

The place was very clean and staff in the morning lovely.
But although it listed the room as air conditioned the machine was at thr top and there wS no way we could interstate how to use it. So the night was very hot!
Also we requested two single Ed's. We got 2 beds shoved together and made up as a gill size bed.

The reception area was clean and well maintained.
Good walking distance to Central Pisa.
Down a quiet but well-lit residential street.
Shower was warm.
AC worked sufficiently.
As mentioned in other reviews, the walls are incredibly thin. Our room was very close to the stairwell so could here lots of people coming up and down whilst trying to sleep ( I wouldn't say that they were being intentionally noisy). .
Showe is poorly designed. The actual shower is a standard size but the doors fold into the shower making it challenging to get in and out.
Security was a large concern for me.
There is no one monitoring the reception desk after around 5pm. If you are checking in later than this, you must contact the hotel before to know how to get into the building. Checking in after this time was fine but a little guess work was needed. We were sent a contact number and this was also written on the desk ( which we were pleased to see).
On our final day, we had a problem with our room key ( this didn't bother us, these things happen). The manager told us that he would sort whilst we were out for the day. Upon our return, our door didn't work. This appeared to be a new problem as the panel on the door was now flashing a new colour. After trying four times, we called the help number located at reception. We were unable to get through on this number after calling 9 times across an hour. There was no place to leave a message when phoning. I also messaged on Booking.com and text the number in hope of some assistance. After 2 hours of no contact, I called a different number located on the booking.com website and was able to speak to the manager to resolve the issue over the phone. Unfortunately, there was no apology over the phone or at checkout.
Sadly, we would not stay here again or recommend this hotel to others. I believe you cannot run a hotel if there is noone to provide additional support when things go wrong.

room was comfortable and the aircon was good.
outside appearance was not appealing and no staff around
