Everything about our stay met my exact expectations of:

Overall it was an excellent choice for a large family of 5, convenience, comfort and affordability.
Nothing to say, maybe at some stage a smart TV so we could have logged on to our NetFlix Account.

Check in was smooth, without hassle. The apartment was very clean and hospitality was pleasant, I found my room already warm. The suite was spacious and beautifully decorated, the hallways also clean and well lit.

Place was very clean and had security 24hrs.
The bed was not comfortable at all, did not get a good night's rest. It had a ridge in the centre, could be a broken base.

Great value for money. It's clean, spacious and the staff is very friendly...just wished there was roofed parking but all in all, great place.

- Some reviews noted air conditioning throughout. We only had air conditioning in the lounge.
- The air conditioner was faulty and leaked throughout our stay. It was repaired towards the end of our stay.
- Televisions have no Internet access or capabilities, which means no streaming options. You will need to be happy with the DSTV hotel bouquet.
- No two-point plugs in the bedrooms for charging phones or devices overnight.
- While a generator does run throughout load shedding, certain plugs are automatically switched off throughout the kitchen which makes appliances unusable which makes cooking continuity challenging - which is what one seeks when booking an apartment specifically over a hotel. Competitors, such as The Capital, offer a full power back-up.
