Remodeled Oceanfront 2 Bedroom Suite on Grace Bay in Villa Renaissance
Cette suite joliment aménagée située au 2ème étage se trouve à la Villa Renaissance, l’un des meilleurs complexes sur la superbe plage de Grace Bay. Les portes en verre coulissantes de 6 pieds séparent le salon, la salle à manger et le coin cuisine du grand balcon. Le balcon est équipé d'une table et des chaises et des chaises longues. Dînez à l'extérieur, lisez et détendez-vous sur les chaises longues ou sirotez un verre de vin tout en écoutant le doux tour de vague se dérouler. C'est l'endroit idéal pour se détendre.
La cuisine gastronomique bien équipée comprend tous les appareils en acier inoxydable, les nouveaux comptoirs en quartz avec un évier en granit composite et des armoires sur mesure. Tout est en place pour vous préparer une collation ou un repas gastronomique.

We loved our stay at Villa Renaissance! The condo itself was spotless and the layout fit our family’s needs perfectly. The condo is perfectly situated on Grace Bay- an insanely short walk, actually to the most gorgeous beach. The view from the balcony is breathtaking. Our family split our time between the beach and the pool. We loved how kid friendly the pool is- and met lots of other great families! The condos are right in the heart of tons of great restaurants and shops. We highly recommend staying at Villa Renaissance!

We just got back from 4 nights at Villa Renaissance and cannot say enough good things! The place is immaculate. Although it is listed as a condo it still has many of the amenities of a hotel with daily turndown service, an attendant at the beach to assist you, and a restaurant on site. It is very centrally located so you can walk to many of the restaurants. We rented a car to have the flexibility to explore new places, which we enjoyed. We would absolutely be back!!

We stayed at this condo for a week and loved it! It was so clean, comfortable, and the best location. The staff were all very nice and helpful. Our balcony looked right out on the beautiful Grace Bay Beach. The beach was never crowded and we had no issue getting beach loungers. Anytime we were at the pool there were only a few people out there, so again, no issues getting a lounger. The beach area at Villa Renaissance was wider than some of the other resort areas we walked by, and also less crowded. VR was a block from a shopping area with some nice restaurants. We rented a car, but could have easily done without one as there were enough restaurants within walking distance. When we come back to Turks & Caicos we will definitely stay at this condo again!!

This was our second visit to the Villa Renaissance and we’ve already booked to come back again next year. Property is clean, well furnished, comfortable and perfect for a family. The two twin beds were perfect for the kids. Condo like furnishings - resort like amenities. And you can’t beat the view!

This villa was absolutely perfect for our family. Comes with everything you would need for a beach vacation. 2 big bedrooms and 3 bathrooms is so great for a family. 2nd bedroom has 2 beds and it's own attached bathroom. The view from the family room/kitchen area is amazing. Food can be expensive in Turks so it was great to load up on some groceries and cook breakfast each morning in the villa. We loved having netflix available to us as we had several family movie nights after going to dinner out. Villa Renaissance is tremendous. The beach area is so beautiful and you never have to worry about finding chairs either at the beach or the pool. We also loved the hot tub and made great use of it. So many great restaurants within short walking distance. We didn't rent a car and didn't feel like we were missing anything. We did one excursion where we saw most of the island but loved Grace Bay the best by far. Our kids insisted on Island scoops every night for ice cream and we also spent one morning walking a puppy from Potcake Place and I highly recommend it. We just loved our trip and this villa so much and are already talking about how soon we can return

Our family enjoyed a lovely vacation. The accommodations were spacious, clean and well kept. Beautiful ocean front view. Great proximity to restaurants, boutiques and coffee shops. The host was excellent with communication.

We just returned from our fourth stay at this property and unit. We absolutely love coming back to this location, which is absolutely paradise. The property is well maintained and the unit is immaculate. It has everything that we could ask for and more.
The host is amazing and so responsive. I enjoy hearing her recommendations about things to do and places to eat. The property is within walking distance of many fantastic restaurants, shops, and a grocery store which makes it very convenient.
We have already booked out next two stays at this unit and can't wait to get back to paradise!

Beautifully renovated second floor unit just steps from the beach. Large balcony overlooks beach and smaller balcony overlooks pool and hot tub. Easy walk to many dining options annd grocery store. Extremely friendly staff on premises 24 hours. Very safe. Excellent communication from owner. Will rent again and again. Perfect!

My family and I had a wonderful time on our family vacation. The condo was perfect! Wonderful location on Grace Bay and within a short walk to some great shops and restaurants (we loved the coffee from Lemon 2 Go and the açaí bowls from Crest & Berry). The condo was very spacious with plenty of room for my family of four. It was perfectly appointed and very clean...exactly as pictured. Beds were extremely comfortable. Fresh towels were brought daily. The balcony overlooking the ocean was a great way to start and end our days. We really enjoyed staying at Villa Renaissance...it was a smaller complex so it never felt busy, the staff were very nice, and we liked the option of the bar/lunch near the pool. We would definitely stay here again...everything about this stay was wonderful!

We can’t say enough about our stay at Villa Renaissance! The place was everything we could have asked for and more. There is no better view than the porch! The unit was clean, comfortable and well maintained. The location near restaurants and shops is perfect. We visited with our 2 college aged children and really got to relax and spend time together. It was a wonderful vacation! Thanks to Christine for being a wonderful host and to Beverly for helping out when we needed assistance. You can’t go wrong staying here!

My family of three, including a teenager, loved this property! The views are even better in person, and the condo itself is in wonderful condition. Everything has been well-maintained and looks just like - or better than - the listing photos. Christine was prompt in responding to my questions, arranged the setup we requested for the second bedroom, and shared some local recommendations in advance of our trip. The onsite team was also fantastic, helpful, and friendly. We loved having access to the beach and the pool, and both were a few quick steps away. The balcony was incredible - a perfect place to take a break from the sun while soaking up those amazing Grace Bay views. The kitchen was well-stocked and you're a quick walk to the grocery store for any provisions you may need. We loved the ease of walking to dinner each night - many good choices nearby. Everything about our stay was utter perfection! The condo itself is beautifully appointed. Comfortable furnishings and amenities. The view from the balcony is unbeatable. The resort staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. Communication with the property owner was easy. Christine is extremely responsive, helpful, and gracious as well. Beach and pool access couldn’t be closer and chairs are always available. Centrally located among shops and restaurants within easy walking distance. And…this is just a little something that I found to be very helpful…as a mom who cooks for her family, I found the appliances, dishes, and cookware exactly what I needed. This might sound dumb, but I especially loved the little spice rack available that enabled me to make a few dishes for my kids without having to go out and purchase 5-6 bottles of spice just to make some yummy scrabbled eggs every morning. And to be able to have a little cinnamon in my morning coffee…It’s the little things, guys. 😂 I feel so lucky my family and I got to enjoy this place for the week we were there. I hope we have another opportunity to visit again in the future. If you’re on the fence; book this place. It is worth every single penny!

As mentioned in previous reviews, master bedroom tends to be too warm in the night, hoping this can be addressed. Nevertheless, look forward to returning to VR 204!!

We spent a week here with our family of 5 (3 college age kids) and had the most incredible experiences. The condo is tastefully decorated, spacious and is in the perfect location to accesss food, shopping and activities. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need to make a nice dinner - to include making a homemade birthday cake! The owner and management team were responsive to requests and took great care to ensure we enjoyed our stay and had what we needed. A rollaway bed was provided for our 3rd teen and was easily set up in the second bedroom - without feeling cramped. Having the 1/2 bath off the living room was a plus when we were all getting ready for dinner.
Loved never having to worry about finding room for all of us to sit on the beach or the pool.
Having the bar (drinks and light meals) available during the day was a plus in a condo setting (one that we very much enjoyed). Easy to walk to a range of dining options.
Highly recommend as the perfect spot to reconnect and relax with family!! Cannot imagine staying anywhere else on Provo - 204 has spoiled us rotten and hope to return again soon.

There may be no better place to stay than this property. It is in a perfect location and the property management is excellent. Christine has created a beautiful home with all the amenities you could desire. We had no issues whatsoever and didn't lack for anything. Therefore, if you are looking to stay at a place with comfortable beds, luxurious bedding, all the kitchen utensils, appliances you would need, and any other comforts of home, this is the place. In fact, looking at the other available condos in Villa Rennaisance, we feel this is the best one! Including the chairs on the small poolside balcony which other places lacked. Wonderful place to stay.

We didn’t want for anything during our stay here. This unit is spectacular! So clean - nice furniture and decor (a step way up from your typical beach condo vibe) - sooo quiet at night.
Can’t beat the location and this stretch of beach is wide and lovely. Don’t hesitate! Get at least to the second floor so you get the views.

You really don’t need a car unless you plan on doing something away from Grace bay, like diving etc. Plenty of restaurants and shopping within a few steps…. 100% recommended.

This was our third stay at this property and unit. Both the property and unit are so well maintained and have more than you could ever need. Everyone at this property is so friendly and accommodating. The views from the unit and property are as gorgeous in person as in the photos. There are also so many shops and wonderful restaurants within walking distance. Thank you for another fantastic stay. We can't wait to return yet again!

A Little Slice of Heaven
All the great things that you see and hear about TCI are true. My wife and I, along with our 14-year-old son, finally had the chance to spend a week in TCI to celebrate 2 birthdays and a wedding anniversary. We are so glad that we found Villa Renaissance on VRBO. We could write a book about our wonderful experiences but here are the pros and only one con about this unit:
PROS: 100% as advertised on the listing; the location cannot be beat as the oceanfront views are second-to-none.
We loved being on the 2nd floor of this 4-floor villa as the stair access was super convenient.
This unit is really big at nearly 1900 square feet for a 2 BR 2.5 BA villa. It is extremely clean and well kept. All the appliances, kitchenware, tools etc. that you would want and need are available. We felt like we were home within the first day.
We really liked having the daily resort-like services; especially the daily housekeeping. The entire staff at Villa Renaissance did a fantastic job helping us with beach and pool needs to helping us make local calls for restaurant reservations.
Perhaps the greatest PRO is the location. I cannot stress this enough. Villa Renaissance is located right in the heart of Grace Bay. Everything we needed was within a 10-minute walk of our stay. Grocery stores, restaurants, stores/boutiques, excursions...all within a couple of blocks of this villa. Taxis are expensive in Grace Bay. Location of this villa made it so we only needed transportation to/from the airport.
CONS: This is super small but the only con we had with this unit was the temperature in the main bedroom. It is warmer than the rest of the unit by several degrees. Maintenance came and looked at it but it was not fixed during our stay. There was a floor fan in the closet that was used but the temperature in that room probably never got below 79-80 degrees all week. Minor issue that can easily be fixed I'm sure.
All-in-all, this was our favorite vacation and our favorite VRBO booking in nearly 5 years of using VRBO. Thank you!!

Simply brilliant!
Size of the villa was fantastic. Multiple bedrooms and baths made if feel quite homey. The views were breathtaking. Walking distance to restaurants and groceries. Beach and pool were very quiet and like nothing we've experienced before in the Caribbean. No struggling to find a chair or spot to relax. Highly recommended.

Beautiful condo on a great beach
We stayed 7 nights and loved all of it. The condo is beautifully remodeled with everything we needed. The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking pots, pans, etc and even came with a gallon of water already in the fridge. The beds are comfortable and plenty of room to spread out for our family. The condo is on beautiful Grace Bay beach, with a nice pool and hot tub too. Communication with Christine was great, she answered any questions we had promptly. Would stay again and recommend to others!

Wonderful stay!
We had a fabulous time at this property!! Everything was lovely. Although there was a small unexpected issue that came up at the very beginning, the owners and staff dealt with it swiftly and effectively, so all in all no problems. The property was beautiful and well kept, and the location can’t be beat! We enjoyed some delicious and picturesque dinners at Coco Bistro, Grace’s Cottage, and a gorgeous sunset meal at Bay Bistro. The beach facilities and the pool area were beautiful. In addition, all of Villa Renaissance’s staff were helpful, polite, kind and highly accommodating. Overall, we had a fabulous trip and will surely return very soon!
