Love the location, even the property is not located in the Sassi but it's very easy to reach all attractions. Our family room are good size, comfortable, large with nice terrace to relax. Beyond our expectation, light breakfast in next door cafe serves excellent bakery & coffee making us enjoy every morning and ready for the action. The host is nice with fast response.
Check in time is too short 16:00-18:00 hrs, with extra charge for later arrival.

Nice accomodation and nice girls at the reception too, but........................., full of loudly shouting kids together with their loudly communicating parents in the corridor right in front of our room every morning from as early as 9:00 AM, if you are an early birfd then you might not care, if you, however, would like to sleep a bit extra after a few evenings drinks, dont bother booking a room here

Location is great!
Very bad quality mattress in the room "Peperoncino" where we slept. One can feel the metal springs of the mattrass straight in your backbone.
Need to be changed without delay!

Location is great. We took a bus to Matera. When you arrive, it is best you take a taxi to the sassi area as it is quite a distance from the only bus stop in Matera. The hotel is just a 3 minutes walk from the sassi. Our booking was with breakfast which we had at the cafe downstairs - you will get a breakfast voucher from the hotel. Room was nice and clean, bathroom was spacious.

The two ladies at reception were super nice and accommodating. The room was super clean, very comfortable beds and bathroom very clean and modern, fresh towels, soap and shampoo everyday. Location is perfect for exploring Matera, walking distance to the centre and to old town, restaurants and cafes downstairs. Breakfast voucher includes only a drink and pastry from the cafe downstairs.

Proximity to center and close to public parking. Room was well furnished and lovely little details such as coffee machine, kettle, coupons for breakfast from an underlying cafe. All in all a fantastic experience.

The real problems are 2: the small balcony nit really clean and the second problem is the breakfast. For the breakfast there is an agreement with 2 bar, but one was closed and the only one open at the 08.00 a.m. had already a very limited choice, in general the breakfast is not really good

Good location, good bed, nice staff and the breakfast was with a voucher for the placr downstairs. Perfect solution. Would certainly recommend this place for exploring Matera

Nice apartment with 2 separate bedroom with 2 twin beds and a queen size bed. The rooms are a bit too spartan and white painted rooms with white furniture:). We got coupons for breakfast to use in the cafe next to the hotel. Breakfast ok, a pastry and drink - nothing too crazy.

Nice and clean room. Close to the old time. Very nice and friendly welcome.
Parking in the neighborhood which you have to pay. Sunday is free. You cannot stop before the door, because street not accessible for cars. No big problem!
