The area and that is it

The rooms need to be updated. Loud noise everywhere hard to sleep. Pillows and bed are uncomfortable. The food was ok but could be better. Not much fun on the resort.

we were led to believe that the hotel was adult only from website and it was not. not all customers were treated equal.

The gym, pool and buffet

Staff. Sales staff became extremely rude if you didn’t accept their offer to tour the other resorts and spend vacation time being sold a sales pitch. Also the staff at the buffet did not attend to all patrons equally. Felt ignored and unable to get a beverage.

bedding was hard ,food wasn’t the best. not much activities to do at this location,I was given misinformation by front desk about me gaining access to all three side of this property

Entertainment was good

The food wasn’t the best. could’ve been way better.

We truly enjoyed everything about the property. It covered all that we wanted and more.

The gym hours were not as long as we’re used to. The stairs were hard to find so there was a lot of traffic on the elevator.

I like the staff very pleasant very high energy.

Mini bar is a joke, 3 beers and 3 cans of soda Rooms need upgrading Beds are too hard and not comfortable They ran out of some foods at the grill on the beach

The hotel itself was nice and they had a good selection of food.

The staff for the most part was very friendly but we were pushed and pushed into a time share presentation after declining multiple times. Told me I could end it at anytime and instead I was stuck for 2 and a half hours. The first 2 gentlemen who tried to pitch me the sale were great and were ok with out no. The last one made us feel ashamed for not wanting to spend $500. I already told the very First Lady who tried to get me to sign up no. She put me on the list anyway. Then we had 2 reminder/confirmation calls I said no. Still she guilted me into it because she said that is how they get paid. We stayed for 3 night a quick get away we didn’t want to waste time doing things we didn’t want to do. Me and my husband couldn’t charge our phones because only 1 outlet worked and it was coming out of the wall. Talk about fire hazard I do have a picture. The bed was as hard as the floor. They had a smart tv not connected to the internet so you couldn’t Cast from your smart phone and they only had a local antenna full of blurry or static channels.
