Took forever to get check in then manager tried to get attitude when I brought to attention I was not happy about the wait . Some staff were friendly .

Breakfast location was perfect . Staff was perfect , you can choose from the menu I always choose Jamaican. You don't get that every day at home.
There was no buffet service or Jamaican food at night .

Hotel nicely located with a narrow beach. Big rooms with nice view.
The plus for server dedicated to your room, but dont be a fool... Better just go and order something by yourself because it will take hours before it is in your room
In the hotel you have a double treatment- if you pay something extra to the people as ‘tips’ you can expect better service but it shoudnt be like that in hotel all inclusive!
The portions of food and the variety. The portions are really small. When we ordered as a starter bruschetta we got two crackers smaller than Oreo cookie!! We just started laugh and ordered one more portion which wasn’t appropriate in eyes of employees so we wait for our dish one hour.
During your whole stay you can order food to the room- don’t expect to get it fast. It takes from one hour to one and a half to get brekfast (natural jog yet with granola+fruits and pancakes)
Hotel is really loud at night! Stuff doesn’t care that guest are sleeping so they do what they have to do but no respecting privacy at all.
The last cleaning is coming at 8:30pm and when you send them away because somebody takes a bath they barging in!!!!! Unbelievable.
From the hotel you can order taxi- here also some interesting fact. Everyone in a hotel will give you different price for a trip- including driver…
The place in the evning is basically dead... No modern music, no real life in a bar. You just feel like enemy everytime you ask about something. So the evenings we spend on our balcony.

The receptionist during check in as well as our butler, Kyle, were exceptional! All members of the staff were amazing and offered plenty of assistance and local recommendations!

The staff was professional, friendly, and attentive. The room and amenities were was as described on the website and the check in process was efficient.
Room service was not available one of the nights during our stay and we were not informed that the food order placed would not be delivered. It simply never arrived.

I purchased my room which was advertised with the tub on the balcony and ocean view. I informed the staff of this mix up and they told me that the site was false advertisement and I would have to pay another 500 USA dollars for the actual room I thought I booked for.
Both night and day management didn’t resolve the issue after I showed them the pictures that was advertised everybody threw there hands up as an oh well.
Second let’s talk bout the ocean view that paid for. Literally I had the worse room on the property. The left side 3rd floor far end room. Barely seen the ocean it was obstructed by trees and couldn’t open the side lounge area curtains due to the abandoned resort next door which hadn’t been attended too what look like in years. An old green moldy swimming pool and jungle.
Literally packed my bags and stayed friend at the resort on another room

The good natured and helpful staff. Front desk lady was very cordial. The bell man was very helpful and courteous. The man from maintenance did a great job assisting me with the broken safe.Great Jamaican workers who take pride in their jobs.
No elevator so not wheelchair accessible to higher floors. Rooms are dated. Pillow are old and hard. Bed is very uncomfortable you can feel the coils pushing against your flesh. Very boring property. Small and not well managed. Could not wait to depart. Manager was not genuinely honest.
They took my money $520 usd and did not refund me. Booking refunded me because of their breach. Things must be hard for this property since they withheld my funds as penalty for trying to check out the same day I arrived.

The cleaning and room service was amazing. Checkin took a little too long.
The plumbing in the room needs some repair. The fixtures on the bathtub are falling off. The tub should be screwed to the floor and its not.

Staff are terribly rude . And the rooms and hotels look NOTHING like the pictures . Waste of money . Try sandals !!

Breakfast could of been different some days it was the same every day Mabey because of COVID but overall the food was amazing cooked to order fresh the lunch at the pool had this whole fried snapper that was to die for
