Staff was extremely friendly and there to help with anything I needed. View from my room was beautiful.

A/C was very loud. No coffee makers or cups in the room.

it was clean and the staff was the best

the only thing that bothered me was there was no maps or layout for the locations of the property so it was difficult finding different locations.

I picked this property because it had bigger rooms including 1,2&3 bedroom rooms. Loved our 1 bedroom accommodations. The resort did not feel over crowded even though it was fully booked. it was easy to get in to the restaurants and easy to get drinks and snacks. staff was great. The breakfast buffet was great. It was easy to schedule excursions.

No self serve coffee in the rooms. Needed better communication of evening events. Dinners could have been a little better.

We loved the food options , the views and the variety of amenities.

we didn’t like the reservation process for the hibachi restaurant. This is the only restaurant that requires a reservation. The entertainment was a bit cheesy. while I do understand that this is a family resort there could be more for activities/entertainment for the adults.

We would like entertainment to last a little longer into the evening. Everything was done by 10:00 pm.

The food and activities and entertainment were wonderfully presented. Every employee was friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable making the visit top notch.

Elevator #9 in building A made us nervous. It was slow and highly non-responsive. The doors struggled to close and no maintenance inspection certification was posted in or near the elevator.

The food The food The food. There were plenty of options, and I had different meals each day and night. The staff are friendly I met so many facilities that became friends. I definitely would recommend it.

The wifi was spotty, there were times where my device would not connect and it was better to use my regular data even being in a foreign country. One of my sofas was dirty, and I did not like that. Other than that it was great.

Your checking out process is terrible. Why can't we check out in the building we are staying. Going back to the main building is a waste of time. You have several properties managed by Playa and we weren't allowed to visit without cost. It would've been great to see other properties for future trips.

The one bedroom was large with 2 restrooms. Staff was exceptionally nice and helpful.

Beach was beautiful, but a little too much seaweed.

Beach is beautiful, rooms are updated and spacious. Views are excellent

The location is amazing! Yes, there is some seaweed but the staff cleans the beach through out the day. The staff is absolutely the best any where we have traveled!

Bars close a little earlier than I would like but it does give the resort some quiet time each day.
