the location of the property is fair but it is deceptive to be described as being beside a beach plus pool. the ‘beach’ isn’t accessible by humans and it’s across the highway and nowhere near the property.

The description of the property is seriously misleading. The pool is actually a tub and throughout our stay it was out of service. There was no housekeeping carried out in my unit the entire 5 days spent. When we complained to the host Neena; her attitude left much to be desired. We rented three of the units as a family and we were thoroughly disappointed. We hired a chef for Christmas Day. lunch was supposed to be at 2pm. we communicated this to the host. the chef didn’t arrive until 3pm and so our Christmas Day was ruined and we ended up eating at 8pm. Terrible experience overal.
