Very good hotel, cleanliness very good, nice restaurants nearby, along with all other shops, eg fruit, laundry, supermarket. I would stay its a new 3 star hotel and not a 1 star.

Reception Staff could make a little more effort. Needs a suitable shower head and shower curtains.

😡😡The hotel reception team was very arrogant. I performed omrah, and when I reached the hotel, we had food that we requested the hotel reception please put in the microwave oven because the food was frozen. Unfortunately, the hotel reception refused to microwave the food, but cleaning staff took it and put it in the microwave to help us. Very poor hotel reception, especially for the guy who was sitting in between 2 p.m. and 10 p.m. Hotel management didn’t provide us with even a toothbrush, and we even extended our stay one more day. very poor reception supervisor not supportive. I never recommend anyone stay in this hotel.

The hotel owner needs to hire some professional receptionists otherwise, his business will be destroyed. No body book this hotel, please check first the behavior of hotel reception. If they employed some professional most welcome otherwise bye bye 😡😡😡

The was well furnished and properly clean. The shuttle service was not adequate but it was Ramadhan I can understand. Overall our experience was very good.
