Onsen Spa was fantastic! Love their facilities and the spa therapists seem to be really well-trained. The room that we stayed at has a full kitchen and terrace which are some of the factors we look into when booking a hotel. We absolutely love our stay here.

I just got back from my stay here, and let me tell you, it was one of the most peaceful trips in the longest time I had. I really love the clean and luxurious feel of my room, complete with things I needed for my stay. I highly recommend it to people who need the time to unwind!

From the front desk staffs to the guards, all of them are very accomodating and friendly. They have a good selection of food as well. I highly recommend this hotel if you are looking for a modern and luxurious stay! It truly deserves a 5 star rating.

My friends and I have been here multiple times, and we kept on coming back for the excellent service. Everything you need is close to the hotel, such as restaurants, malls, and churches. I love how convenient the location is!

The ladies at the front desk were kind and helpful making the transaction fast and smooth. I love the fact that they also suggested the best places to visit near the hotel as I've heard about the lively district, especially at night

I celebrated my birthday here with my friends, and it was a blast! We availed one of their spa packages. It was the most relaxing massage I have tried. Since we got hungry, we went to hotel's restaurant, with great and delicious choices. What's a celebration without glam up and cocktails, so we reserved a table in their awe striking rooftop bar!

the room was bigger than expected, comfortable beddings, nice big day bed, nice desk/working area and good bathroom too. nice big windows and they have smart tv.

Since it seems like it was a Japanese hotel, i expected a toilet with Japanese toilet design but it was just a normal toilet. Still nice and they have bidet so its ok over all.

The staff was really friendly, kind and helpful that was for sure the biggest plus point. They really try their best to make the costumers to feel like home.

The pricing compared with what you get don't really match. Breakfast is way overpriced for what it is, as well didn't had much of choice to eat. The pool was fun but the accomodations aside all closed. 300 peso for a beer i think that's a little bit crazy to ask. Yes they selling Stella, but so far not other alternative to choose like local beer. Tourism wants to try local products. In general the stay was good in simple ways but was not much of my liking so far Incase of accomodations.

Great place to stay. Staff very attentive, The room was very Clean, Great power shower and a lovely bed to sleep in. Rooftop bar is a must for a drink and great view of the city.

The Buffet Breakfast was disappointing nothing ready and waiting even for milk for the cereals.

The room is spacious and clean. Staff are attentive and responsive to requests. Easy to park.

Some of the food served during breakfast are not warm. There’s like an odd scent when we first got into the floor where the room is located.
