Reception and Lobby staffs were really nice. The water dispenser in the hall is a good call!

We stayed for four days. On the first, we already requested for a rubber mat since the restroom is really slippery. We kept requesting everyday but the housekeeping never gave us one. The room is so dark! We were there for work yet the rooms were so dark we needed to put the lamps next to each other.

We found the place through Booking.com, and when we checked the price with the receptionist, it was double compared with the app. I call that situation a scam. We booked a room anyway by the app because it was too late to find another place. Even with the bad situation, we found the reception quite nice, but once we took the lift, we could see that the building was quite old. This place is super expensive for what it is.

definitely the staff they have been excellent as always every time i stay there. and location is very good as well.

the two things that I personally believe that needs updating is the Lobby Lift it is very hot inside no aircon and old interior and also the room that I was in definitely needs to be updating, the room is very old needs room 1503, new fresh paint, the carpet has a lot of stain and require a replacement. from a interior designer perspective I would love to design it myself in the most affordable way.
