Needs new toilet and cooking utensils

The units were very spacious clean and tidy for the age. Unlike normal Filipino properties the hot water was hot. The kitchen was great , the lounge very comfortable and the location perfection adjoining a range of good restaurants and Century Mall a short walk away. His staff were superb.

There a very few limited small maintenance jobs that will be done.

Spacious apartment. Great air conditioning. Great location. Within walking distance of many restaurants like Jolibee, Mcdo which are open 24x7

I experienced some issues with the internet via wifi and also my personal hotspot on both my Verizon and TMobile phones did not always work. Tmobile provides better service in Philippines. I was told that there were too many people connected to the cell towers. The wifi internet was flaky. I was advised to try to leave the kitchen cabinet open and also I moved my laptop closer to the kitchen where the wifi router was located. It seemed to help but internet was still not consistent. In fairness I was trying to work from 1am - 9am. If you're not working remotely from this apartment you would probably be ok. I found the internet in Boracay to be superior to Makati.

The Staff is accommodating and helpful.

Spacious and the staff are nice and kind. Especially King the manager.

We see some cockroaches in the room.

Big room, Excellent location, The host guy is one of the best I've encountered in my countless stays around the Phil's.

Everything in the room is so old and worn... The AC kind of works and sounds like a train... No safe, no decent door locks...

Lot of husslers around trying sell you fake Viagra. Red light district right at your door step

The air conditioner worked good There was an apartment with 3 rooms

We were a couple staying for a week there was only one roll of toilet paper and 2 flimsy towels no toiletries at all, Not even a single bar of soap. Had an uncomfortable cheapo mattress
