Romwald and Mwasiti are terrific, very kind and helpful. Spotless hotel , breakfast (included) and dinner were delicious and more than filling. Would stay here again anytime- and hope to. Highly recommend. Great value for the money

- nice and warm welcome - possibility to get lunch and dinner there (which is a bit expensive in my opinion regarding similar options within the centre) - option for airport pickup (which is comfortable but also expensive [40 USD] for me compared to the local options which I would use now after getting to know them) - a bar available at the hotel - mosquito nets over the bed

- WiFi, which was offline and or weak most of the time - water pressure (if more than one person is using the hor water) - the bumpy road - the location (best check the correct location using Google Maps)

Perfect place to stay for a night before or after going on Safari and very good value for the low price. There is also a small restaurant and a bar which serves good food. The rooms have mosquito nets, well functioning WiFi and warm water. ALSO: We had to catch an early flight and had to leave for the airport at 4:45am. The hotel's own shuttle service (the manager is the driver) took us there with pleasure.

A simple but charming hotel with a very friendly and welcoming staff. We had some really good pizza at the restaurant and breakfast was also top notch. Rooms were clean and pretty comfortable. They have a nice little bar next to the restaurant.

Our room could really benefit from a fan, the opportunity to open a window and a curtain to block out the light from the hallway coming in through the small window over the door

I like the staffs, all of them were wonderful and responded timely to our requests. The manager was so considerate and so helpful in driving us around the city with his van We really enjoyed our stay at the facility.

Staff really friendly and welcoming on arrival. Gave us a freshly squeezed mango drink. Place has 2 different outdoor seating areas where we finally had ourselves a bottle of wine. Breakfast was tasty. Owner took us into town no charge. Highly recommend this place to have a break from the mayhem.

Home away from home. Extended my stay two times because of how much I liked the staff and the location. It was a bit far from town, but the free shuttle made it easy to go there, and the daladala stopped close by.

Quite close to Arusha airport, just 10-15 min ride; the hotel shuttle service is friendly and reliable. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The rooms are very clean but also quite basic. Breakfast ist very good with fresh juices, fruits and eggs individually prepared. Dinner is very tasty, but better order one hour ahead of time. The hotel is a secluded green haven that you would never find from just passing buy. Perfect as a transition spot for Safaris.

I love everything about the Arusha Giraffe Lodge. Not only did the owner take the time to converse with me via E-mail to sort out my transportation from Kilimanjaro Airport, but his Manager and the rest of the staff were equally as attentive. They go out of the way to make you feel at home. My room and bathroom were spotless, as was the entire establishment. Chef Yasin is an excellent chef. Tell him what you want, and he will try to accommodate you to the best of his abilities.
