La propreté, la piscine, le personnel était très gentil. Nous avons fait une nuit de passage et c'était parfait ! Petit déjeuner pas cher et très convenable. Merci beaucoup !

Great design to the rooms

Beds are hit or miss, we slept in two rooms one was a great full bed and the second was two twin beds put together that were uneven making it weird sleeping in the middle. For the price you pay the hotel does not have the decency to provide shampoo or body soap. Some guest was speaking to the manager at 4 am outside our room which woke us up…

All I really did was sleep here after my flight and on my way to Nusa. Staff was very friendly.

There wasn't tp in the bathroom, but it was also a last min reservation. I probably could have asked for some, but I was jet lagged & had some tissues

The rooms are comfortable, great for value, stayed for the second time to be ready to go to nusa penida. Staff is good too, let us keep the luggage for few nights while in penida. Wifi is good, there's little pool to enjoy. All was good

Couldn't get the answer before our stay in regards with the late chick in, but were able to do it upon arrival. Would be nice to know it beforehand.

Walking distance (about 10 minutes) to ferry.

We booked the deluxe room but when we arrived we were told they don’t have a deluxe available and offered us a standard room which we were very disappointed about. Had we known they’d give us a standard room we would never had booked this property as we saw it in the pictures advertised before booking it and we felt that only the deluxe is in line with our standards. To make up for the inconvenience we requested a small discount which was agreed to by the person in charge when we checked in but disputed at the check out the next day by someone else who we were asked to speak with over the phone. That was a bit unprofessional but we ended up paying the discounted price. We initially booked for one night with the view of extending it a couple of more once we were there but when we were given the room it was a very dark room with no natural light coming in and just not what we expected to get when we booked this place. WiFi was weak. Although decently rated, for us wasn’t a great experience here due to the room mix up.
