Stayed at this hotel 02/05-09/05 2023. This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Travelled with 2 other friends ( females aged 26-31). This hotel only caters for Egyptian locals!!! Constant Egyptian music and the same Egyptian entertainment every single night. We had all inclusive but the food was so horrific that we never ate at the hotel. We would go to the marina for food or live off bags of crisps. The food is tasteless and repetitive. Drinks are vile and served in a 2 mouthfuls sized plastic cup. The staff are extremely rude. On the last day we paid for late check out and the staff bothered us all day about checking out on time and coming to pay. Everything in this hotel is at extra cost to all inclusive. They don’t serve cocktails!!! The Al a carte restaurant is horrific which you pay extra for, none of us ate our meals. BEWARE the hotel taxi overcharge- taxis to the marina were 500 egypt pounds, later to find an Uber is 75. You also have to pay for bottles of water. The local restaurant/excursion workers we met all cringed when we told them which hotel we were staying at and said how terrible it is. DO NOT BOOK.

The swimming pool and water slide facilities would have been amazing if the water was a little warmer. It was cheap

You get what you pay for. The hotel was super cheap an absolute bargain so I shouldn’t really of expected any better. The food was bad, repetitive and not much variety The drinks are handed out in tiny plastic cups and again not much to choose from Only one of the many pools was heated and only by a few degrees The rooms are extremely outdated and need an awful lot of work. Even once we upgraded the finish of the room was still questionable 50% of the staff are friendly. We was bothered way too often around the pool, it’s borderline harassment The wifi is poor and only accessible from lobby, when it decides to work The location is not near anything much to walk to but a taxi to the marina is the best option

Low quality food, some of the stuff are unfriendly, there was something wrong with the bathroom and it was folded with water and it took like 4 hours before someone came to fix it.
