Everything about this place was excellent. such an amazing location directly on the beach. the views from the upstairs bedroom are spectacular!

We liked the beachfront very much. The villa is spacious, well divided and comfy. The view is amazing at the ground floor and at the bedroom upstairs. The garden is very nice. The simple furniture and design fit the nature of the place very well. We would like to thank Ismail very much, without him our stay would have been difficult. Ismail is a great asset, he is multi-skilled, very committed, dedicated, honest & trustworthy. He helped us with everything and guided us during our stay. His help extended beyond his duties and he did everything with much care.

The location of the villa amid crowded houses and shops. Difficult access to the villa through the back road. The road is unpaved, narrow and crowded. The smell of burning wood. problem with electricity. Facilities need maintenance.

The location is just great, few metres from the waterfront. Souvenir shops, greenery stalls, supermarket can be reached within 2 minutes walk. The villa is equipped with everything necessary (utensils, household appliances, etc.). Very nice dining/sitting areas outside. The staff helps to tackle issues like electricity, water, Internet quickly. Thanks, Ismail and Suleiman. And the villa was kept spotlessly clean by Anna.

I suggest to take fly strips, - at least during our stay flies in the kitchen were annoying. Though it's possible to buy electric fly-flap in the supermarket.

Exceptional location right on the beach. Nice fenced garden area where you can relax and sun bathe, BBQ. Spacious Great view In house chef (extra charge)

Equipment are pretty old and worn out. AC did not work in 2 bedrooms out of 3. There is no shower hydrojet cabin upstairs as shown on photos, just simple shower Not many resaurants or shops nearby. Fortunately we could use the in-house chef option who was pretty good Electricity cuts frequent - of course a global problem - but diesel backup generator was capricious and noisy

We really enjoyed our 5 days at Villa Patti. The Villa is right on the beach and the view is just spectacular. The house came with a chef who made breakfast for us every morning and we could use him for dinners when we wanted. There are some nice casual restaurants on the beach close by, so we went there most of the time. Alice, who owns the Villa, is exceptionally helpful and she will organize everything. From the minute we booked we had great service. We used her guy Idris, for transport and tours and it was all great. The house is set amongst the village, so it’s in a very rural area, but we quite liked the activity around us. You do get hassled a little bit by the locals but they aren’t too pushy, so we didn’t find it too much of a problem. The low tide is interesting and you can walk out to the reef, but you must have water shoes to go quite far. The high tide is lovely for swimming and the water is amazing. We had a cleaning service everyday, which was lovely. There was also a security guard for peace of mind. The guy Suleman, who manages the property does the food shopping, so that’s ideal too. Air on was great and the wifi was good too. We really had a wonderful time and 5 days was perfect for us. I can highly recommend staying there.

There wasn’t a lot we didn’t like, but if I must say: It can be a bit noisy at times in amongst the village but it wasn’t too bad. The kitchen could be a little better equipped if you are going to fully self cater. The seating chairs around the tables are not very comfortable. The upstairs bed (main bed) sheets were too small for the bed.

The house is beautiful. The staff is great. The view is amazing. The location is strategicly good. The services are great too.
