The room was lovely, clean, very comfortable with cosy beds. The shared kitchen/lounge facilities were excellent.
Car parking was tricky.

The room and view were beautiful and very comfortable. Very well maintained and great facilities also handy to town and walking "the loop" of the Whangarei town basin. The hosts were very friendly and helpful.
Really nothing negative apart from the noise from the road during the night which seemed to be an enjoyed circuit for "racers" (I forgot my ear plugs but this would have solved this issue).

The shower was really good and hot. The bed was very comfortable. Plenty of spare pillows, blankets. The shared kitchen was very nice and well equipped. The owner was very pleasant and helpful.
Bit close to busy roads on a Friday night.
I didn't like the smart TV in the bedroom. Too smart for me!

Rob was friendly and helpful when arranging out check-in. The bed was very comfortable. Good location close to town. The shared living room was spacious and relaxing - with the small number of rooms it felt very safe hanging out there in the context of COVID precautions.

A lovely little Gem right in town . comfy and well appointed unit..ensuite spa bath, tv and with shared kitchen and lounge.
