The apartment was comfortable, light filled and spacious. We loved the balcony with spa bath and rooftop BBQ area with spa.

The resort was packed due to school holidays, but that did give the main pool a beach party vibe.

couldn’t get spa to heat until the last night. no coffee pods, was advised there would be. was checked in by a stand in who didn’t know answers to our questions.

We loved Palm cove & staying at Peppers beach club. We enjoyed our apartments rooftop spa and Peppers lagoon pool.

Our apartment was not good value for the amount of money spent. The shutters were covered in dust & the apartment smelt musky. Even though this apartment is privately owned, it would've been nice for a bit of a clean halfway through our stay or some fresh towels at a minimum. Our stay could've been made better by the owners giving this apartment a bit of love.

Location is great, in the centre of Palm Cove’s esplanade

Lovely Pool but gets crowded. Wanted to spend more time chilling in our apartment but didn’t enjoying the smell & cleanliness. The resort is great for families. However our particular apartment didn’t reflect the standard of the resort & the price paid.

Facilities within peppers and spa bath

Hot tub was not warm enough - used spa bath instead. Could do with a cob web clean and freshen up of paint to skirtings and door frames.

The room was dirty, webs in all rooms, dirty floors and skirting and very dated. There was half used jars of food in the fridge ie a jam jar Mayonnaise which is not hygienic and was definitely not a five star apartment. The jacuzzi is located outside of the apartment with a separate key on a higher floor and would be no good for families with young children who need to stay together

External Stairs to rooftop spa was not aware of this on booking.
