The staff, the décoration, the food, everything!!

One of the best hostels I ve ever stayed!!!one minute from the central plaza,very comfy and nice rooms, and the most important:the guys that work there!Sam is so much helpful!He actually helped me with everything:from tours to the best things to do in the area! Can't recommend enough!!!

This is by far the best hostel I’be stayed in during my 6 weeks in Colombia! The staff is super helpful and knowledgeable, it’s clean, quiet and the location is great. I was sad to leave!

No breakfest available. Billiard room was closed (probably Covid related). Rooms are not a bit soundproofed. You hear everything from the public area (and they hear you!). Depending on with whom you are in the hostel in can be quit or very noisy.

Very close to the centre and clean rooms. Nice restaurant below. It’s convenient and pleasant for one night.

We were locked in during the night and morning when we needed to go out. When we called the number stated on the door it went straight to voicemail. There are no common areas open as per photos.

amazing location right in the heart of san gil. the hostel had all the activities available . The staff was very helpful and pleasant and some spoke good english. I had a few meals there and they were really good. .

its an older style building and has old school charm. however, the room I was injhad one fan and was very hot and stuffy at night. there was a curfew in place when I was there, but if there wasn't a curfew Im sure it would be noisy at night, there's a bar right across the street that I can see being quite noisy. but it didn't effect me because of the curfew, and I am just speculating /.

We really enjoyed our stay at mansion hostel ! The hostel is located right in the center of san gil and very close to a lot of bars, shops and restaurant. Their own restaurant prepares amazing food as well and the have a new menu del dia everyday! We particularly appreciated how attentive and helpful Sam was! He was always there to make suggestions and help us with activities and our trip in general. Thanks for that ! Also, the hostel was very clean at all times and the venue is beautiful.

Our room didn't have windows, which is pretty common for this type of houses, but still.

The hostel/hotel is a beautiful colonial stile house with fully renovated bathrooms, There is a cool relaxed environment as well at the restaurant/patio. I had the pesto chicken pizza for dinner the first day I arrived and it was delicious. Sam and Silvia where always very helpful with directions and information, I was able to write to them via WhatsApp I case I needed any information.
