Creo que les falta mas amabilidad, la atención del joven de recepción fue muy parca. Como por salir del paso, falta anabilidad y carisma. No está entrenado. Les falta estar atentos a detalles como que si somos tres un solo shampú no alcanza para todos los días del hospedaje, o que son tres camas deben haber tres toallas, nos dieron dos y al otro día se les olvidó que reclamé una mas, además una de ellas tenía algonde maquillaje. Bueno cosas pequeñas pero que dejan mucho que pensar.

Ricos desayunos pero solo 2 opciones, sería bueno tener opciones para niños, muy rica la comida las habitaciones cómodas el lugar hermoso

Beautiful facilities with hot shower, super clean, modern, indoor meets outdoor living, clean swimming pool, hot tub, jacuzzi and stuff for kids. Excellent breakfast and the people are very friendly. They allow late check out at 1pm which was comfortable.

There are a lot of insects as the property is located right outside main San Gil town. However the property is exceptionally clean and modern compared to accommodations in town. As long as you use bug spray, you should be fine.

We loved having the pool in the heat and the staff there were so lovely and helpful, nothing was too much. They have a cute cat and dog there which we loved. The place has a jacuzzi as well as a pool along with a sauna (we didn’t use this) and an on site restaurant. The prices were reasonable. overall a nice, relaxing place to stay with lovely people.

Not that I didn’t like and it wasn’t a problem (my boyfriend actually liked it) but the bed was quite hard. i had no issues sleeping though. additionally it’s a little way out from the town but taxis were so cheap (5mill) to anywhere and also you could walk if you can be bothered.

The location is great, one minute outside of San Gil. Thats it.

My girlfriend and I stayed in the Catalina suite. Although the room is larger, its dated and lacks up keep. The door handle to your bathroom at home is more secure. There is no deadbolt or peephole on the door. The sliding glass door to the balcony doesn't have a screen. The bathroom has a pedestal sink and a small glass shelf. There is nowhere to put your stuff. The bathroom outlet doesn't work and the toilet seat is loose. No safe in the room was another disappointment. The worst part of our stay was the wait staff in the restaurant. The worst service we've ever had.. The staff is busy talking on their cellphones and carrying on with each rather then taking care of the customers. They need someone to come in and train their staff. I would not recommend this hotel.

it is in a great location, around nature and really quiet, it’s super peaceful, property was clean, beds were cleaned same with bathrooms, Staff was super nice specially Aldemar in the lobby! He was super helpful and efficient, he was super nice and friendly.

The room was close to the pool and it is super illuminated so the curtains were super clear… it was kinda difficult to fall asleep.

I liked the swimming pools and other facilities. The room is very clean, has everything necessary. Great location of the hotel, close to the center and to the water activities.

The massage facilities, turco and pool were nice. Also the mattress was confortable

Hot water only worked one night. The breakfast wasn't very good and the music and tables of the breskfast were from an 80's movie.
