For almost 3 weeks my experience was nothing short of fantastic! The staff were exceptionally welcoming and attentive, making check-in and staing a breeze. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with modern amenities, providing a perfect blend of style and functionality. I particularly enjoyed the cozy bed, which ensured a restful night’s sleep. The on-site breakfast buffet offered a delightful variety of delicious options to start the day right. Additionally, the hotel's location was ideal, allowing easy access to Haram with free 24 hours transportation. Overall, I highly recommend the ibis hotel in Makkah for anyone looking for a convenient, comfortable, and enjoyable stay!

They parking was really full but you can park anywhere around the hotel so it’s ok

للآسف اسوأ تجربه الغرفه فيها تدخين وانا عندي حساسية من التدخين وكلمت الاستقبال جاك شخص فقط رش عطر كاننا ليس عندنا عطر ، استيقضت وانا متعب حتى رجعت للبلد بسبب إهمال الاستقبال مع اني أخبرتهم بمرضي وبعيد عن الحرم

Everything was great. Reception and housekeeping provided us with the best service during our stay. For the price, the rooms and service are outstanding. I thank you on behalf of me and my family.

Vriendelijk balie medewerkers
Bus shuttle vertrekt wanneer die wilt, wordt niet echt aan schema aangehouden. Dat vonden wij het meest jammer. En dit is het meest belangrijkste vd reis.
Tapijt bevlekt, oud badkamer.. Gelukkig wordt kamer wel dagelijks schoongemaakt en nieuwe handdoeken.

The breakfast. The cleaning is poor. The staff need to be trained more to know the proper way of dealing with international customers.

The location for Holy Place is very convenient. The Hotel is presentable from the outside.
What the things I didn't like? First, the staff are not professional, and not responsive to our request (we ask them a for additional sugar and water but it take years for them to give it to us and we need to call them million time to ask the same request). 2nd the rooms is not clean specifically my bed when I take off the bed sheet I saw a big STAIN in the BED and the amenities are not complete.

All was perfect.
Especially the check-in was so smooth and fast.
I had a special request during the check in to switch from twin room to king bed room. The receptionist „“Ziad“ was very professional and cooperative, and provide us with an awesome room without any extra charge.
Many thanks Ziad for the warm welcome and the hospitality.

Room was clean, bed was clean and comfortable. Electric catle was available. Towels were clean and changed on Daily bases.
Room service was quite slow and hotel location is little far from makkah. But they have there shuttle service so its good.

We book from a far country, and when we stay in the hotel, they cancel the reservation for no reason, a few days after we stay، And it caused me a problem to find another hotel at a suitable price

The hotel rooms were great, clean, and comfy beds with all room amenities, they had a free shuttle to Haram. It takes only 5min to reach Haram. You have to walk a bit from the parking (drop-off) to Haram as it drops Marwa side. All tho the hotel is great, value for money and recommended to stay.
I wish there were some restaurants around the facility. but that can be managed if you have your food in the Haram area.

My room was double bed, but i was given 2 single beds. Supervisor Majid assured me that the next day they will provide me double bed. No follow-up was done from him or his team. At the time of my conversation, I told him that I would give review based on your service, but still, he ignored my concern.
Housekeeping staff are very lazy. After the 4th call they will bring requested stuff and you really have to wait long for them.
Sofa bed was not clean.
Shuttle drops very far from haram. Almost 15min walking distance.
