The room and shower were exceptionally small.

The staff were lovely, everything was easy to find and the room were clean, tidy & comfortable for our stay.

The room was smaller than I thought and I expected to have bathroom supplies such as toothpaste, sanitary towels and face cloths.

Cleanliness, 24hour check-in and front desk, refillable toiletries instead of tiny one-time-use ones. Excellent location.

No tea/coffee making set in the room. Only one side of double bed had any shelves - on the other side there wasn't even the tiniest shelf for cellphone (I had to put mine on the floor). Only one, all-purpose hair/hands/body wash, with no conditioner nor lotion provided. Clean towels every single day, no matter if we left them hanging or on the floor.

It was comfortable and the location was close to restos, shops, and train station. The staff were helpful and accomodating.

Sterile. Way to expensive for what it was.

We arrived in London at 11am and were going to be out for the whole day, but you can't book into your room until after 3pm. There is an option to check into your room an hour earlier for £15 per person, but we only wanted to drop off our luggage, so we left our bags with the staff at reception, and had them stored for free until we returned later that night. We were a little wary as we had booked a subterranean room with no windows because it was the cheapest option - but I honestly think we had the best night's sleep because it was so quiet and we really didn't miss having a view for the short time we actually spent in the room. It is compact, we had a twin, but cleverly designed with everything you need ... hangers on the wall for your clothes, fold down tables, little storage pockets for you phone/wallet and room under the beds to store your bags/cases. The ensuite is snug, but the shower was roomy and powerful. There are various light options in the room including 'mood' lighting that goes through a rainbow of colours at the swipe of a finger! The breakfast was amazing ... no hot food, but a whole range of fresh crossiants, waffles & danish pastries, yogurts in little jars with varied fruit compotes, fresh fruit, boiled eggs, cheese, fruit juices and hot drinks that are made to order by the friendly staff. 10mins walk from Liverpool Street station. No food is available in the evening so we ordered a pizza with 'Deliveroo', met the delivery guy at reception and ate back at our room - although, we could have eaten it in breakfast area where there are plenty of tables and chairs. There are a couple of vending machines for snacks and you can buy soft drinks and alcohol from the bar.

My bedside table-shelf was drooping, so I could put anything on it because it slid off ... room 14

The breakfast is so good! Bed and bathroom are both confortable
