Bienvenue à CraftSmith Cottage sur Charlton, un charmant bungalow d’époque Arts & Crafts dans le quartier historique de Savannah. Nouvellement meublé de fond en comble en 2017, vous pourrez savourer la sérénité du salon avec ses fauteuils élégants et confortables, son canapé-lit, sa Smart TV, ses œuvres d'art locales et ses tables à la fois faites de bois récupéré. Des lits jumeaux dans la chambre et un lit queen dans la chambre principale offrent un confort inédit. De beaux planchers de bois luisent dans toute la maison, soulignés par la lumière du soleil qui passe à travers trois murs de fenêtres historiques du salon. Les plafonds voûtés aident le joyau de 820 pieds carrés à «vivre grand».

The house was perfect, super clean and a great location! The host was very responsive and check in was so easy! I would definitely stay there again!

The rental worked out great. We had plenty of room. It was very quiet. We enjoyed having a table to eat on which it first rental did not. Very nice stay.

Nice place to stay, but I would suggest adding safety bars in bathrooms to help us ‘mature/arthritic’ folks to make it perfect.

This cute cottage is clean and the perfect location. The off-street parking is a bonus because we put A LOT of miles on foot! Communication was excellent before and during our stay. Our only complaint is that this rental unit is not stocked very well compared to others. They definitely only have the bare minimum on hand, so be prepared to bring or buy everything you need to cook (except pots/pans), store leftovers, laundry detergent, and beach towels. Plus bathroom linens are the bare minimum per person.

The house was very clean and had a great location. Getting in touch with the property manager was very easy. I especially appreciated her checking in with us to make sure everything was good.

Check-in and check-out perfect! Prior to carrival we received multiple emails explaining everything that we needed we had no questions. Communication was awesome! House is VERY clean. Met our expectations. We would stay again if we were back in Savanah.

Stayed with my husband and two brothers. Loved the proximity to the historic district. Very comfortable beds. But the wall cut out in the master bedroom made it hard to sleep when others were staying up late. Noise and light from the kitchen were frustrating. Great parking. Kitchen needs a better toaster and better pots. Adding a small table in the master bathroom would be nice.

Once we figured out where to park , the place was pretty much as described. Had an issue with hot water which was taken care of. Beds were comfortable. Location convenient. outlets didnt work in bathrooms. Sort of a mixed bag. But being a girls trip, we made do.

We are very happy with our whole experience here, the house was out of the hustle & bustle of downtown but were able to walk most places even with two small children. House was clean and comfortable for our family of 4.

House was super clean with old charm and modern amenities. Having 3 parking spaces was a great perk too since parking in Savannah can be a challenging. All major streets with food and entertainment is easily walkable and then you can retreat to a nice quiet neighborhood. I would highly recommend this property for your next stay in Savannah

We came to Savannah to celebrate my daughter's birthday. We found this home and it was perfect. Great location - in walking distance to everything downtown. Street and area fairly quiet - only noise was the boys/girls club across the street which was only for short periods of time a day. Having the off street parking was a definite plus as parking is very limited in this area. House was extremely clean and was very well equipped. Everything worked and we noticed no issues with the house. Would definitely stay here again!

My cousins and I booked this property for a girls weekend in Savannah. It was perfect for the four of us. It was clean upon arrival. The extra screened in back porch got a lot of use for morning coffee and evening unwinding. The beds were comfortable as well. Great location - you can walk to just about everything or it's easy to grab a ride share if you don't feel like walking. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. You are in walking distance of a grocery store, although you may want to get a ride if you plan on shopping for more than a few things. We were there in late April/Early May so it was not too hot yet but the house was comfortable between the A/C and the ceiling fans. The kitchen is just the basics just as they state in the listing but we did find salt, pepper, and some pan spray. The property manager was great and really easy to communicate with via text. We did go out to Tybee and use the pool one day. It was nice because it was off season and on a work/school day so just a few others besides us were there - I imagine that gets packed though during regular tourist season. I would stay here again!

The property was clean and in a great area. We could walk to all the parks and downtown and beautiful old trees lined all the avenues which kept us nice and cool. aside from a bit of a hard time opening the front door (which I received help immediately) everything was great! fully recommended.

Wonderful cottage
My husband and I, along with our 2 young adult children stayed in Craftsman Cottage. We had stayed one street over on Jones Street last summer. Craftsman Cottage offered the same great location in a smaller and much more affordable package. While smaller, it was certainly comfortable and had everything we needed. The extra room in the back that has 2 walls that are largely screened was a perfect blend of indoor/outdoor space and we used it extensively. We would definitely rent this cottage again and would recommend it to others as well. The management company was very responsive when we reached out about a missing key. The house is walkable to everything you want in Savannah itself and a short drive (approximately 30 min) to Tybee Island for some beach activities. I hope to be able to come back. Savannah is a perfect package of history, architecture, city life and fabulous gardens and trees.

Awesome Location, Super Sweet Cottage
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the cottage. Location was perfect. Close to restaurants, cafes, several squares, and other must-see places. We walked everywhere in downtown Savannah, from Forsyth Park to River Street and everything in between. We appreciated being on a quiet neighborhood street with excellent dedicated parking. Cottage is super cute and the perfect size for our small family. We loved the screened-in porch, front porch, and back patio, too. Also appreciated all the local decor touches and the history of the property. The pool on Tybee Island was spectacular and a great perk for the property. Awesome family vacation. We'll definitely be back.

Really enjoyed walking all over Savannah and this was a great base. Nice setup for a family. The outdoor space was nice for morning coffee in back. Cute decor! Really short walk to the nearest square and great vegan restaurant called Fox and Fig.
