Very nice studio Apartment centrally located near the City Center. Tatiana is a great host who speaks pretty good English. I have stayed here twice now, and there's no reason I wouldn't do it again! There are a number of great restaurants within walking range as well as Coffee places and stores, so you are good to go here!

Overall I am very happy with it so I don't have any complaints. It is on the 4th floor, so if you don't want to have to work on it a little to climb the stairs (just saying...)

This is a very nice little apartment; cozy and comfortable. I was almost sad to leave after staying there a week, The host Tatiana was very helpful in getting me settled in and answering any questions that I might have. She was very responsive and easy to get a hold of. Really good location too. I would definitely stay here again!

The building and stairwells were somewhat run down, but the apartment itself was nice and clean, Don't let that outside look dissuade you from checking out the apartment!

It’s a comfortable place to stay, the location is perfect, and Tatiana is very respectful and friendly. She keeps her flat in the best possible conditions. If you like to stay in excellent quality standards, it is the place to be. When I compare it with flats in Ukraine, it is higher than the average of maintenance quality, modern, and clean. Thanks
