Very good

The location is very nice, with the opera house being only 2 blocks away. There is a restaurant downstairs on the street and there is a small grocery store, ATM, and bank close by

It was really a nice apartment to stay in near central Odessa. The internet went out once but the landlady got it fixed quickly. One suggestion I would make is to replace the folding bed in the dining room to a couch, or at least a couch that unfolds to a bed. With this, friends can sit together to watch TV or talk together
