Very decent size room. Had all the little details that are important like slippers, robes, toiletries etc. The staff was friendly and explained everything in detail. Plenty breakfast choices. Quiey area. Amazing view from the last floor.

The bed matress was a bit too soft but that probably depends on preferences.

Quiet and nice surroundings, very green area. No noises during the night. Very good service and tasty food at the restaurant.

We loved everything about this property - location, staff, room, on site restaurant, vicinity to Vitosha hikes and cafes in downtown. Breakfast was included in our rate, it was a variety of choices, we tried most of them and they were pretty good. Room service was excellent. This hotel is very close to Sofia, but away from hustle and noice.

The only thing I did not like was the use of strong deodorant on carpets but after we mentioned it, they stopped using it on our floor. Thank you!

The staff were outstanding, always attentive and friendly and always had time for a chat. The food too was good, all seemed home made & done really well. pleasant setting at the foot of Vitosha but within easy reach of Sofia centre.

Easy to get to from the airport. Have stayed here before. Staff are very accommodating and friendly and the quality of food in the restaurant is very good.

The rooms they we stayed were small, but if you pay more, there are also bigger rooms.
