Der Blick vom Zimmer auf die Skyline von Pudong ist absolut spektakulär. Sehr gutes Frühstücksbuffet, gutes Essen im Restaurant.
Ungewöhnlicher Hindernisparcours zu den Pools mit Wassergräben und Zwangsduschen; Aussenpool häufig von lärmenden Kiddies besetzt.

The view from the room was incredible
A not very warm welcome, a room ready at 5pm instead of 3pm as indicated, no real excuse apart from "this is the best room floor, everything has to be perfect", a really small swimming pool, a room at this price to have four ridiculous sweets as a welcome gift. And a most unpleasant service at the bar; coming up to the table to ask "would you like to order another drink? No? So you have to pay." What's that?

The hotel staff were very professional, kind, welcoming, and always eager to help answering to any request.
Room was pretty spacious, very clean, well equipped and with a fantastic view over the Lujiazui financial center.
The outdoor swimming pool with the view was amazing with the perfect weather during our stay.
Massage was very good as well.
Breakfast is amazing.
The main restaurant is not serving the whole a-la-carte menu during the whole day. Choice of dishes before 5.30pm (official dinner opening time) was limited which is surprising in a hotel of such high standard.

I loved many things about W Hotel. From the cleanliness of the hotel, to the professionalism of all staff and the stylish decor, comfortable bed, as well as the stunning view from my room and generous breakfast options, there was absolutely nothing I could fault. The W Hotel ticks all my boxes. I highly recommend staying at W Hotel.

The location is perfect…
noise in the female change locker room area, from ladies drying the hair and in the toilets etc….if possible, can you block the noise for the resting area to be a quiet resting space

The hotel is pretty and the room are very clean.
It’s such disappointment stay in W Shanghai! First of all, the concierge service was extremely BAD!!! I mean I’m the guest staying in your hotel and they were treat me like I’m one of their teammates? They were just so rude and missed up the take-out delivery EVERY SINGLE TIME!!! Secondly, the elevator was HORRIBLE! Can you imagine staying in a five-star hotel waiting elevator to get to your room for like 10 minutes? I would really like to ask did your employees study HOTEL MANAGEMENT well while they were in University? It’s shouldn’t be what a five-star hotel serves like and your concierge management should really be improved to their skills. It’s just not worth the money! Won’t come again.

Had an amazing night stay in a Fabulous room overlooking the incredible Shanghai skyline.
The staff were incredibly helpful and attentive. Alex the Guest Experience Manger greeted us on arrival and really made us feel welcome.
The whole team really did their best to make it a wonderful stay and of all the hotels I’ve stayed at in Shanghai it was the staff that really went above and beyond compared to other properties.

The architecture was amazing! We stayed in a room (not even the top range) with nearly 180-degree view. The food and location were also superb.
The pools looked much larger in the pictures.
