عندم وجود التنظيف اليومي وصغر مساحة الغرف لكن هذه حال الفنادق في لندن ايضاً وجود المغساة خارج الحمام كان مزعج قليلا ً

Great location , quiet, modern, good facilities in the room. Nice touches like books to read. Kitchen well equipped
Room layout -Bathroom odd with shower and toilet in one room and sink next to the bed. Whilst the blinds opened be remote the curtains didn’t and you could only reach them by climbing over the bed as only access one side - not ideal for 2 people btw but may only be used as a single to be fair
Only place to sit other than bed was a hard fold out chair -space saving but not comfortable

Small kitchen area for coffee, refrigerator for perishables and the Belgium chocolates provided were nice. Shower was very nice just on the slim side, bed was very comfortable !

plus points- location fantastic and very central to everything either by a walk or tube.
staff were really helpful and provided extra towels for a 4 day stay when requested
the technology in the room for the air con must of been faulty or over complicated. the room was not ventilated and even after turning off air con would return to the room with 21c heat so was not nice to sleep in, very stuffy
toilet was very cramped if 6foot or over would struggle to get into it without flashing knees off radiator as was so cramped

Got a fab welcome in reception the shandy drink was lush, Modern hotel with a fab location and the room was quirky and comfortable with a fab selection of free drinks and snacks ! We would come back 100% Thank you we had a WILDE time ❤️

Location was central
Apartment wasn't clean - there was dust & flies everywhere. Our bedsheets needed changing & our towels needed replacing. The shower area was tiny & there was no sink in the bathroom. Our aircon didn't work so we had to keep contacting reception. There's no phone to call reception so it was all via WhatsApp which was really slow.
