The place is very quiet where in u can rest and relax...u can exercise and watch netflix wifi is okay..the place is very relaxing will be back on my birthday but i prefer to have a different style of room where i can smell fresh air and see the view outside

Cr is okay but the flash is not functional its working but u still need to upgrade ur facilities...stove is kinda old u can also try to include an electric kettle for easy access ...no floor mats especially in the cr...no dustpan...bed is not that comfy and soft.

The view and also the room very relaxing and center on good location like resto bar,groceries ,fun and amusement of course the weather is very good .

Location.

1-Lack of Customer Service & professionalism provided from the Staff In Charge . Need thorough trainings & seminars to improve attitude ( Rudeness & arrogance ) in dealing with customers . Details of the rules are not clearly stated in booking.com which eventually caused confusion after reservation was finalized. 2- Room is not clean, cockroach are visibly seen in the bathroom and kitchen. likewise, Kitchen utensils , stove top , and most of the appliances are not clean & are not properly working. Bed was found with food crumbs underneath the bedsheet & you can simply imagined how many people slept in that bed as different hair strands was left. 3- No bidet & flush is not working .

I. like the place. It is very near to Sky Ranch, few km from picnic groove and people's park. Wifi is good. Also you can watch You tube and Netflix. You can cook also... There's a hot shower which is good. Parking is available but you need to pay.

The interior of the unit and location.

There some cockroaches found on kitchen and CR. But its ok maliliit lang naman.

It's location and facility we've enjoyed staying at the 22nd floor, good sceneries in the morning and especially in the evening..

We've noticed that there is a cockroach at the kitchen area, maybe it was not sanitized/ disinfect properly. Because our booking was too much late and there's not enough time to clean the room. But overall it was good experience in staying here 😊.
