The road to the property isn’t good be careful while driving . It’s a home stay and not a hotel or resort so don’t expect everyday cleaning and changing of the sheets. The breakfast is limited .

The location and property were good. The location was a bit far from where you can get a proper signal. so we were totally dependent on the wifi. The food served was good. Bonus they had cats!

The host was rude multiple times. They wanted to charge more for calling a cab. They mentioned multiple times that if we stay even on the premises after check-out, we would have to pay 2000kzt/hr. Which was fine however, the tone she used was not comfortable at all! We had to come out with our luggage an hour before check-out time outside just to get a cab.

Stayed in the Chalet and was comfortable and cozy. A place far away from the city if your aim is to unwind and relax, however do not expect a hotel atmosphere. The place needs to be seen as a homestay. Spacious room, okay breakfast - limited food (choice of omelette or porridge with coffee) served to your room which felt nice. If you are a local that drives wanting to getaway from city to a homestay - good choice. If you are a foreigner who rely on taxi or public transport and if your itinerary is packed with going out - good luck! I'd probably be giving 7.5 however that was not an option but definitely not 9! Mr Roman - the host is mostly at property and very helpful as a person.

Firstly the location itself, while it is only 8-10 kms from the city, the last few stretch of road to this place is bad and had trouble finding taxi's that were willing to come pick us / drops. Those that eventually came cursed themselves for accepting the ride. The range for Beeline was bad and almost zero within the rooms and outside the home. One needs to be on high place such as terrace or upper ground to receive range. They would charge extra for children that accompany and in fairness this was made transparent by the property at time of booking. However the extra 8k KZT didn't seem justifiable for my 4 year or child as we neither took any extra crib or a separate breakfast. I wasn't sure then what was this additional cost used for as the breakfast was served for 2 adults. This seemed unusual than other places that charge you if you take additional bed / crib. Supermarkets / restaurants are not within reach so make sure you pack yourself with enough amenities. As a foreigner I couldn't use the Yandex Eats app as I didn't have a Kapsi card on me however the host Mr. Roman was very helpful and offered assistance in this area. Appreciate that!

Beautiful chalet in a nice location a bit further away from the city. It was a pleasure to stay here and the host was very friendly and a great help in getting around.

we loved the room and the property! They delivered breakfast to our room, and it was so comfortable to stay there. We will definitely be going back!

The lady who let us into our room showed us another room saying that it would be the same price. however, at the end of the stay when we were paying, the owner said the room we stayed in was more expensive.

It was quite quiet which is what I was hoping for. It’s a bit off the beaten path, so taxi drivers were a bit annoyed about going down a muddy hill. The room was comfortable. The bed had a great mattress. All staff I interacted with were friendly and helpful. Having a water filter in the room was very helpful!

One thing that was challenging was having three different contact numbers for communication. I did not know who to speak to order breakfast. I was initially contacted by the manager, but then another person met me at the property. There was yet another person I had to contact for placing a breakfast order, and I did not initially have this number. I found this to be confusing and a bit frustrating. The room description listed a microwave, but there was not one in my room. I made do with the multi cooker. There were no bowls in the room, but I also made do. I know it is in the mountains, so I expect a few bugs, but there were quite a few little bugs in the room.

Nothing liked in this property. It should be under home stay category I feel.

1. The room provided to me was in the ground floor though the host informed me it will be in 1 st Floor. 2. The behaviour of the staff was rude. 3. Served breakfast to us like we were a prisoner. 4. Didn't allow us to stay even few minutes after the checkout time. 5. There was a cat who tried to enter the room several time by jumping and hanging the door handle. 6. There are no nearby restaurant or supermarket. 7. The taxi who came to drop us in this property stuck in the snow near the gate and also the taxi came to pick up stuck in the narrow road near the hotel gate.

Stayed in the chalet which was amazingly comfortable, with a panoramic window facing the mountains and a spacious terrace. There's at least one nice hiking route just outside, you may look up the track on the internet.

The cats and the dogs are wonderful but might be a problem if you have allergies

The place is absolutely heavenly. Quality material in the room and good breakfast and breathtaking view you can’t get bored off. The bathroom is well equipped and the room is warm in the winter. The hostess Kristina will great you with smile, and is helpful and caring. The dog and cats are cute and friendly. And there is wife, and the best network here is Beeline! Definitely will come back again! What a place . Enjoy guys, this is a no brainer!

Everything is great

Everything in the apartment was high quality stuff, breakfast is awesome, views are astonishing, pets are lovely, kids are cute and ready to help with cats. We were happy with good coffee in the room, but hosts provide great Turkish coffee with breakfast.

Although wifi is great, the cellular connection with izi.me (beeline) didn't work in the house, so we had to walk around the territory to catch the signal.

It was a very unique experience. The view outside is so calming. The breakfast is very delectable also.

The location is so much of nature, but there were no nearby shops to buy food or essentials. It would be better to stock up before going there. One more thing, being exact cash for payment. The owner didn't return our change(2000kt), such a shame for a very beautiful place.

Breakfast and home cooking really good. Staff and owner very friendly and lovely relaxing atmosphere.
