Location excellent. Breakfast great. Disappointed to receive ticket and be turned away when busy.

Huge hotel with amazing amenities and facilities. Gym room is clean and modern, buffet breakfast was reasonably priced with great food selection! The best part is that they have a convenient store right inside the hotel! You can enjoy snacks anytime even if it’s too cold to walk outside! It is also connected to a huge shopping mall at the station called IPARK MALL!

Location is a bit far from the heart of Seoul, have to change trains quite often. They also forgot to make up our room once

The only good thing is iPark mall, which is located nearby

Dirty rooms, old torn towels, hotel mainly serves casino guests, aircraft crew staff and one night standers - completely not suitable for family leisure

Our friends really enjoyed great view and well prepared breakfast with many thanks to the staffs. For sure, we will stay in the hotel for next visit. Thanks again.

close to subway and train station and Ipark mall with a huge range of restaurants. staff very friendly and helpful.

was very confusing at first as so big with multiple hotel types in one complex. long waits for checkin and check out as only 2 staff on at a time.
