The location was great. Close to metro, bus or tram station. The room was clean, however intermittent stench from bathroom sewage destroyed positive feeling from time to time.

We stayed on 5th floor (top floor). The room had only 1 very small window which made it a bit dark and straitened. The main problem however was intermittent stench of sewage from time to time (not always), may be depending from outside air pressure.

Comfortable bed, large room, easy to enter and exit.

Bad smell in the apartment particularly near the toilet. Doesn't help the first impression. Not much privacy as the windows face a building where ongoing refurbishment works are taking place.

central location and large space inside. we had a studio which was huge for my son and I. much better than a hotel room.

This is a really nice apartment. It is very spacious and well equipped. The location is excellent and the apartment overlooks a beautiful plaza.

Central location. It’s right in the Parc da Figueira square, with close proximity to everything. The studio provided all essentials including cooking kit, utensils and cutlery… and a dishwasher! It has all you’d need for a comfortable stay.

The living space could use a lamp or extra lighting. the living room was a bit too dim in the evening.

Location was superb, directly in front of Rossio Square and Rossio Metro, with the railway station not too far away as well. There were laundry machines available 24/7, which was quite useful as we needed to do a bit of laundry. The hosts sent us emails prior to our stay which really helped to facilitate us getting to and into the apartment. Also, prior to our arrival, they also asked if we had any bed preference since there were 5 of us, which they kindly accommodated! Also, the rooms were spacious and clean, and the design was really interesting, especially the library next to the reception.

I suppose the receptionists could be a bit friendlier in person, because they were in their messages! The luggage area was in the same room as the laundry machines, which could be an uncomfortable thought for some, but all was well during our stay there.

Drains are a bit smelly and unfortunately there is a lot of building work going on just a few meters from the bedroom window - very noisy early in the morning. Nothing the parent can do about that I know but meant we were very tired after our stay.

the location supposed to be amazing but it’s RIDICULOUS that ride apps says that they’re not allowed to pick up/ drop off passengers in front of because YELLOW BUS business. HOW TO WALK AROUND WITH LUGGAGES HAVING SUCH HORRIBLE SIDEWALKS?

Everything: position is i the center of town, still quiet. Metro is just oout of the door, literally. The flats are new and the price are very cheap considering all these things. What more could you ask for?

Only one thing: there were construction works in the neighborhood that started early in the morning and continued all day. However, if you were traveling, it wasn't too disturbing.

Great location, beautiful view and the apartment was very well equipped and clean. Staff was very helpful and nice. it’s very easy to take the bus, train or taxi from the hotel and everything you need is just a short walk away. Modern bathroom with a good shower.

It was a bit noisy outside but you can expect that being in the centre. The windows are good though and block out the noise.

We had a very large flat. It was very comfortable. Public transportation was very close. We would definitely stay here again. Close to several good restaurants and good shopping close by.

Perfect location, spacious stylish apartment with very large shower room and great kitchen area. Metro was just outside the property. Easy access and luggage storage too. Great communal area with honesty bar for coffee,soft drinks and beer. Would love to return, thanks very much.

Really cannot think of anything to dislike.
