Great room. Great staff. Great location for my work requirements.

The tables in the restaurant could have been cleaned more regularly.

The room was nice and clean, reception was very helpful and breakfast was delicious.

Room was spacious and very clean. Nice to have coffee pods as well. Staff very friendly and let us check in early as we just came off a cruise. Really appreciate that. Thank you 🙏🏻

Hotel is in a great location just 10 minutes walk to Barangaroo restaurants and the waterfront. Nice and new and clean, small hotel. Everything was as it should be however, the rooms and bathroom are quite small. I would recommend this hotel only for someone wanting to sleep or for work, not the sort of hotel where you'd have a romantic break away with a luxurious spacious room. Parking was across the road in Wilson park for $50 per day.

Drop off. Unlike some of the bigger chains, there is nowhere to park and drop your bags - no pull-in area. You are left either to go across to Wilson Parking and trundle your bags through the multi-story carpark and across the busy road (which is what we did) or if you're super lucky there might be a parking spot on the road (unlikely).

Rooms were clean

I had requested an interconnecting room/ rooms on the same floor upon booking several weeks before attending and after arriving, we were greeted with very judgemental impolite staff who initially stated there was only one room then once realising there was a second, put us on seperate floors nowhere near each other. They said they were booked out even though online it was not booked out. We had to wait an hour and a half for a single serving of fries and once again dealt with rude staff. There were also minor inconviniences such as waiting for the salad we ordered for forty minutes and then being told it was unavailable as well as only having robes in one room then asking staff for robes in the other, being treated in a judgemental manner. I booked this for my birthday and as I am younger I felt as though I was treated as less important.

Bed was harder than concrete. For the money the amenities were below par. Some 3 ply toilet paper wouldn’t go astray. Room was small. Room service was non existent. $40 a head Breakfast was terrible.

We were there for Taylor Swift and the hotel was too.

The location was good, staff very professional and helpful and the breakfast each morning was full of variety, well presented and tasty. There were also nice touches to make you feel welcome, like gifts to acknowledge lunar new year.

The bed was really uncomfortable with a massive dip on one half of the mattress and lumpiness on the other half. Very hard to get comfortable. Also the air conditioning in my room was not consistent. Finally room service menu choices were very limited.

Beautiful appointment in room. Very comfortable bed. View of the freeway which was perfect for us as we watched our son compete in the Sydney Marathon and he ran right past our window. Very exciting! The location of the hotel is perfect for visiting all areas of the city. Darling Harbour just moments away and easy walk to George Street and everything in the central tourist areas.

Nothing all great. I couldn't fault our stay at the hotel. There is no valet parking option but the carpark is right across the street. We didn't dine at the hotel so can't comment on food but the restaurant/cafe looked lovely.

Nothing, it was a horrible experience.

Everything. The staff were rude, I was over charged than they advised they’d refund it and I was than double charged again. We had a random man walk into our room with a key and when I contacted the front desk they hung up on me.
