There was nothing to like here.

Albert is a very unprofessional host. The apartments are in swampy area full of mosquitoes and frogs at night.

located at a bad place,ended up not staying there.Sorroundings are very bad.It looks different from the photos on the advert.I felt deceived by the pictures on the advert.If possible please ask them to change that nice picture and put the pictures of that actual building

The location was relatively okay and one gentle man who was so helpful during my stay.

When I arrived my room still wasn't available, They never knew that I was actually coming even after communicating with them several times, I was given an alternative house which was okay but in the kitchen it had dirty utensils and one toilet wasn't clean but ignored all that. The next day they moved me to my room which they say uts the one I had booked, the room was so unbelievable, when I requested for an upgrade the manager saw it as a chance to push me into getting into a bigger house and pay more money which wasn't a problem but this guy was just in guess work telling me how much he wanted. When I told him I couldn't raise that amount he was abit funny in his response which I just laughed about because I knew he was just being unbelievable, later on he suggested me another house and the amount he wanted me to add. I told him fine but upon entering the house, the staff were just removing all the dirty dusty linen in the room, I overlooked that but once I tried settling in the house the reality struck me when I found out how dirty, dusty and disgusting this place was. I decided to stay quiet and just finish NY time and leave. Being in Hospitality industry for many years I just couldn't believe my eyes. What they post on their page isnt what I found. I later requested for late checkout of 2pm and the manager immediately told ms that I had to pay extra for the later checkout so I had to ask my kind staff gentle man who helped me store my bags for a while because I had some meeting to attend and prepare myself for my flight. If someone asked me whether I will come back to this place then just know unless am brainwashed but I will Never come back here because my experience was super horrible. If I had more space to show more photos I would have uploaded all of them. Another unbelievable part was when some white guy knocked my door when I opened he was asking me for water. He had a water jar and was demanding for water from me.

Poorly lit, very dark, malodorous, faulty wiring, potential hazard to devices, faulty appliances, has a kitchen but no cooking and eating utensils.

The owner is dishonest and disrespectful. When I went to Albert’s Suites, he initially told me the room would cost 300usd a night, I told him I came a while back with a friend to view the rentals and it was 150k ugx for a two bedroom two bath. I then went to booking.com and found the place for 30usd a night. Then he convinced me to not book through booking website because he has to pay commission through the website. I kept one and I booked the other through him we agreed on the booking price because it was bigger for 60usd a night, I told them that I would be booking that place for one night because my family will be flying in and would arrive at 1am. He said that would not be a problem and he would honour the agreed rate. He returned the day of their arrival demanding I pay an additional 60usd. Although he previously stated it would not be an issue, with their early check-in and agreed on the price, he wanted more money. I told him we had an agreement and would not be paying him anymore. As we were leaving he met us by the car as we were packing up and demanded more money. He stated that although my family checked-in at 4am the morning off, they stayed two nights and should pay for two nights. He argued with us and refused to let us leave until we paid. I told him I would give him 30usd and nothing more. When traveling it’s nice to have a place to stay where you can feel comfortable, a place that is reliable. This is not it. Do not recommend. Do not stay here. There are better places under better management at better prices or offer better amenities for the same price.

When I left..

Everything advertised was a lie...Rock Hard pillows, no hot water, had to wait 5 hours for wifi..Staff just have NO intelligence.I missed a tour because they would not let me out for 25 minutes in the morning, despite leaving my bags in the room.

The images of the 2 bedroom are exactly the same as how the room looks like. Albert is a wonderful guy. The location is good. The beds are very comfortable. Reliable services to the airport. I recommend.

Beautiful apartment...

Very poor breakfast first day omlet (cold) some breat and hot milk ( no tea, no coffee). Second day breakfast at 1 pm 😢, the same but I change milk for hot water. TV not working, shower cold or warm, toilet flush no working properly. I stayed few hours more but manager Albert try to overcharge me(charge more than was on booking.com) but the worse was that he try to be nice and propous bring me to Kampala (of course for charge which is fine with me). Yesterday I paid him but today afternoon he sent me message that I didn't pay him. Definitely I will not recommend this accommodation anyone.

The location is fantastic close to Victoria mall and you get a whole unit for yourself for a reasonable price.

No wifi, no lock for the room's door so your room always open, no breakfast as other people mentioned before. The private bathroom door didn't close properly. There was no mosquito net for the bed, no net for the windows as well. No fan or AC.
