When we arrived the unit smelled of smoke and was very musty smelling. Since there is a strict no smoking policy/fee I let the management know as well as the unit owner as we did not want to be charged. The owner was very nice and responsive and said housekeeping would come spray. We left for about 30 minutes, but didn't notice any change or spray smell when we returned. We did really appreciate how quickly the owner contacted us though. Housekeeping could be better. There were plates on the table for display/use, but had cheese or egg yolk on them, there was hair in the bathroom on shelves, and the bed spread had hair and sand on it. The rest of the unit seemed cleaned. The unit is nicely appointed, but a bit worn in places with use. It has been updated, but the quality is not the best for heavy use. The kitchen cabinet was peeling, the door on the laundry closet keep falling out as it wasn't sized to fit in the track and almost hit one of us. Also, the trim one of the blinds fell off while one of us was watching TV and was a near miss. Fresh paint in the bathroom is needed. We did love the location right off the beach, close to lots of shopping and dining. It was safe and well secured. It was also great to have beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. on site for guest use. There were books in the unit to read on the beach, which was also nice. For the location it was worth the price.

Overall loved the stay. Don't have to cross a road to get to the beach. Location was everything i had hoped for.Our unit had lots of cups and plates which was great as we had 4 people. Property was clean. Pool was heated. Property had community beach chairs and sand toys. This was a big plus for us. The welcome email didnt have the door code. I was worried as it was late on a Friday when we arrived. But someone answered the phone and got us a code. I would recommend. Issues/problems below. Hot water was spotty. Couldnt get hot water and pressure at the same time in the shower. As someone who has done DIY home improvements i could tell some of the finishing was DIY. Didn't bother us but if things like that bother you be prepared. Fire Station is across the street, you will hear sirens. But you'll probably hear them everywhere anyway.

Our condo was for the most part clean upon arrival. We did have issues with the water pressure in the shower when you turn the shower to hot and the hot water took a good amount of time to get hot. Other than that was a good experience

Overall great area- lots of amenities close by. Parking can be tight.

Great location! We came in September. Weather was beautiful. Not super crowded. Beach is half a block down. There’s a whole strip of restaurants and shops within walking distance. Hulk Hogan’s bar is across the street. Cute condo. Nicely decorated. Nice 2 bedroom, full kitchen and washer dryer. Good size pool. My first complaint would be the bathroom. Normally I wouldn’t care but we had a wedding to attend and it was little difficult to get ready in that bathroom. Poor lighting, sink splashes up on your clothes, dust bunnies on the upper walls and dust in all the corners. My second complaint is that check-in was at 4. I didn’t receive any room number or code to get in. I got a hold of the realtor company who said they emailed the info. I did receive other emails from them so not sure why I didn’t receive that one. They texted me the room number and code to get in the room. Our flight landed at 12pm and when we Uber’d to the location the gates around the complex were locked. I again had to text the realtor company for a code to get in the gate at 12:30 in the morning. They did reply right away. Other than the bathroom, and freaking out at 12:30 in the morning… we had a great time and will definitely be back to this property!

We love the location of the condo. Frenchys and palm pavilion have always been our go to restaurants when visiting Clearwater beach, so we were very happy to find this condo right next door to frenchys, and a short walk across the parking lot to palm pavilion. There were nice surprises, such as pool toys and floats, beach chairs for our use, and a cooler we found for our use inside the condo. The kitchen was fully stocked with coffee maker and keurig combo, all the cups, dishes, really everything you need. It was a perfect size for our family of 4. We would stay again 100%!

Rented this property for a quick girls trip, had minor issue with getting check in code but was rectified quickly. Property was clean and as described. Great location, would highly recommend.

The property was as described and very clean. The beach was VERY close. We enjoyed the pool on the property and had a great time.

We enjoyed the condo. We were looking at a few different places on North Beach and landed on this one. The rooms were nice. The kitchen had enough supplies. We appreciated the use of condo-owned beach chairs, umbrella, and cooler. The washer and dryer were also a nice perk. Recommend this place. Note to families, may not be the best place for young children due to the proximity to a local bar.

I have been coming to Clearwater with my wife and family for years. We always stay at the Beach Suites. This was my first time in the unit, but will certainly not be my last. It was very clean and spacious. The washer/dryer was a huge plus with you kids. You can even see the beach from the bedroom windows. Can't wait to come back next year.

My 2 daughters, husband and I celebrated my 60th birthday with a long weekend in Clearwater. This VRBO was small but well decorated and had everything we needed. Best thing about it was it’s location: 1 block to the beach and in walking distance to lots of restaurants and bars. It was also very clean. The pool was small but refreshing especially after coming home from the beach. There were plenty of beach chairs to borrow (1st come 1st serve). Parking was a bit tricky, but well explained before you check in. Clearwater is beautiful and this VRBO was perfect for us. Thanks for a great stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at Clearwater beach suites! The location is one of the best we have ever stayed at and we have been visiting for 8 + years! Michael was easy to reach and super helpful during our stay. We did have an issue with the cleanliness of the condo upon arrival (sheets were not changed , some trash in the cabinets) but Michael rectified the situation right away. The property management co sent us an email saying nothing would be provided but they did have extra toilet paper, kitchen soap and a sponge, paper towels and laundry pods. They did not provide any hand soap which would have been nice, but we were prepared to full supply everything so it wasn’t a big deal! They had plenty of chairs and umbrellas for beach use but they do go quickly! The pool was very clean and it was a very quiet neighborhood compared to condos on the south side of the island. They have an outdoor shower too for sand which was a huge bonus. We will definitely return to this location!

This condo is a great location if you're looking for beach access. It also included a beach umbrella and chairs, which was very convenient. The unit was quiet despite the proximity to restaurants and the beach. The check-in process was a bit stressful because I needed to enter the unit to get the parking pass, and the lot was not on-site. The unloading area communicated in emails was full, although there appeared to be parking spots not being used at the building itself. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay in Clearwater Beach!

Check in involved a code which did not work! Got it working on day 2. Could not watch much tv and for 75 years olds going out at night was not always an option . No local channels only channels to subscribe to ! Housekeeping and location were exceptional

Our 4 night stay in the property was fantastic. For a family of 5 it was a little tight for space, but the decor and the location was fantastic. Clean on arrival with onsite parking. Pool was great for the kids and proximity to the beach, shops and restaurants simply second to none.

We had a fabulous weekend. The unit was very cute and exactly as shown in the photos. The location was perfect! Lots of great restaurants close by and steps to the beautiful Clearwater Beach!

Parking pass needs to have an address for off site parking so we can put address into the GPS. Had a little difficulty finding off site parking location

Quiet, clean, and convenient to everything! I would stay here again without question. The only thing that I wish they provided was laundry detergent. There is a cvs a block away with anything you might need but considering that dish soap and a couple bathroom products are provided it would make sense that a small bottle of laundry soap would also be available. I’m hoping the large bottle we had to buy was left for other guests to use up. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

This is a great property for a friends or family trip. Great location, clean and updated, this was the perfect place for a quick trip to Clearwater beach. In comparison to the other hotels and condos nearby that offer two bedrooms, this price and value cannot be beaten. Would definitely stay again. Walking distance to the beach, restaurants, shopping, and bars.

Condo exactly as described and in a great location right next to the beach and walking distance to many things to do. Would rent again.

The property is exactly as pictured. It felt spacious and had everything we needed. There were beach chairs, beach umbrella, cooler, and towels. The kitchen was well stocked for our needs. I had a little difficulty with check in because I never received an email. I was able to get that situated quickly through messenger on the rental property’s website. We would definitely come back again.
