great location, very kind staff who are eager to help and recommend restaurants, etc, and help to accommodate you. decorations are cute

weird sewage smell in the rooms, front door was broken so you can just push to open with no key. I wouldn’t recommend travelling alone as a woman because of the MANY MANY men on the street at any given time. they didn’t do anything dangerous to me, but I couldn’t imagine walking around without my boyfriend. lots of stares and just too many men

The neighbourhood was Horrible and shocking, The smells and garbage everywhere and everyone staring at you in this street, Not feeling comfortable at all, the street has fry oil smell all the times and the oil smell reaching the house aswell.

The property is very clean and really cosy. the location is strategic for visiting the most important place in Lisbon and catching buses and trains. The staff is friendly and helpful , especially Rodrigo who gave us amazing tips for restaurants and beaches.

The host was so nice and very friendly! He also made the check-in so smooth and was extremely organized in giving recommendations. Also the room smelled lovely when you walked in. The bed was comfy and the hotel was very clean.

This is not a place I would come to as a solo woman traveler. I was with my husband and felt very uncomfortable walking in the street of the hotel as everybody stares and shouts at you. There is a ton of noise outside the hotel and about 50 men in the street at any given time. The noise makes it hard to fall asleep.

The personnel was really friendly and helpful. Interior was really beautiful and everything was on point.

It was quite noisy, the street is really active even turing the nighttime (my windows was to the streetside). There would be great if there would be trashcan inside the room. :)

had a Suit with own bad room, it really needed a paint job and besides the perfumed smell in the building, you could also get a mouldy smell, the hot water also doesn’t become hot, so no warm bad.

Decent apartment for a short stay. The apartment was clean. The location in near the city center

The neighbourhoud is loud and doesn't feel safe, especially in the night. Room doesn't have any sound isolation, door was broken that did not allow the door to close without using the key. It would be convenient to have a trash bin inside a room. Room feels cold and you can smell cigarettes inside if someone is smoking outside or in a balcony.

The room was very noticeably moist. There may be some mould in the room. The surrounding area does not feel safe, since we had not seen the reviews on the hostel. My partner felt very uneasy as a lot of people stared at us.

The room was big, clean, and had a good view. The common areas were well-maintained. It is on a very good location and access to almost everything.

The street outside the building was almost always crowded with most people smoking. Inside the room you can hear the footsteps outside and even the top floor as the floors were made of wood.

Nothing to say not loke it's always like

It was clean and tidy. And the windows had good protection against the sound outside, although we could hear noise of people walking on other floors. The staff was nice and quick to answer, we were able to do a late night check-in, which was a plus.

The floor was unbalanced on our room and consequently the bed felt unbalanced as well, which made it a bit uncomfortable. The private bathroom was quite small, with a noisy running door.
