The bungalow was very clean, quiet and modern. The staff was extremely friendly, accommodating, flexible and helpful with sharing recommendations. Food (we tried various skewers) for lunch/dinner were delicious. On top of that, the entire place exercises sustainable policy (entire island is very planet conscious): no plastic bottles or bags, bamboo straws, etc. Location, although not by the beach, is very convenient as it's in between two sides of this tiny island so it's a very short walk to either side.

I like the open bathroom a lot. The room and bed were also comfortable and clean. the staff is very nice, breakfast was included also a welcome drink.

the terrace is closed with a fence, so you look out the window and only see your fence.

Pos: The staff was really nice. The pool is clean and nice. The rooms, although small are comfortable.

Cons: 1. Unfortunately I had a really bad experience with the manager. We booked this place a few months in advance and when we got there we realized that the cost per room was actually half what we paid. We ask the manager to adjust the rate, but he didn't want to. I tried to work with him through several options that would have been a win/win for us, but he didn't want to cooperate at all. The only option that he was willing to accept was for us to pay 50% of the booking and cancel the booking. This really showed very poor customer service, because basically I was asking him to adjust the rate to a bit less than 50% according to the new price and he said no, but he was willing to make the same amount of money by us canceling the stay. 2. The food at the restaurant is not that great

I absolutely loved this place! Everyone is so nice and warm here and tries to help you even with the smallest problems. Breakfast is wonderful with fresh fruits and juices. And jacuzzi in front of villa was really good addition to all of this) The pool with ocean water was also good, I loved to swim there every morning. Also you can rent bicycle in the hotel and go around an island. I’m gonna miss this place. And I definitely will stay here if I’ll come to Gili Meno again. Thank you for your hospitality and kindness.

The staff, the clean room, nice swimming pool, good food. Walking distance from beach.

The mosque is a few hundred meters away, you can hear it a few times a day. But this is not the fault of the location.

Extraordinary services

It was very peaceful and friendly. I intended to stay 3 days but extended to 6 days when I first arrived. Lalu and the staff were very helpful.

One issue was that it rained everyday. I do not like rain.
