Appartement en plein centre et à côté de tout Magasin et restaurant à côté

-Le bruit des voisins de dessus -Les matelas à changer à mon avis surtout celui de la chambre en regard du salon et celui du canapé -pas d’ascenseur mais on s’est habitué avec le temps

Location is very good, the apartment is large enough for 5 people, and relatively renovated (but missing items see below)

Rather disappointing experience, two things that stand out: 1) Many amenities are missing that makes it not worth the price, just couple of examples: there's only one trashcan in the entire apartment, (the manager is clearly a man because he never had to try to run from a toilet to the kitchen to throw out a used tampon). No towels/other type of tools to step out from the shower. No additional blankets available (we asked for it and he literally said he doesn't have it but to enjoy his wine on the table, am I supposed to cover myself with that?!), no floor heating, towel drier, fan or similar in the bathroom, no towel for the think in the toilet, no hangers for the towels. You get the idea, the flat is missing these small but important pieces for comfort. 2) The following information are incorrect in the advertisement: the 500 euro deposit is said to be requested 7 days before arrival but it is actually within 7 days (he requested it 2 days before our trip). It should also be added that this is via an online website not managed by Booking. It also states that we will be asked to present a credit card and personal ID upon arrival, this never happened. It states you get your keys at the reception, this was different for us as we had to get it from a keybox. Overall the person managing this place is also quite unpleasant to communicate with, I recommend just choosing another listing to save you from headache, we have been here before and other accommodation managers were much nicer to work with.

it was a good space and was very clean

there could have been an extra shower ans toilet as the space says it can fit 6 I think having an extra shower and toilet could be helpful

Great position, All necessary appliances are provided. Spacious flat, two comfortable bedrooms. Close to markets, restaurants, public transport

The bathroom door does not close properly. The bathroom is made up of two parts, a larger room with shower, sink, washing machine (very nice) and a smaller room with wc and a sink but no window (not very nice).

The host was cooperative and courtous. the location was perfect, everything was walkable by foot, The heating was excellent, the kitchen was modern and functianally,

Television doesn´t work, specially if you are not able to speak french, the matress in one bedroom was old and uncomfortable and we miss bedside lockers and lamps. It was not able to read in bed, The whole appartment was unpersonal and we missed the coziness. A suggestion. a bit more decoration and more attention for the guests and then you can say you will feel like home, I think this should be the aim of each host.
