Beverly was a wonderful host - super friendly & helpful. The facilities were exactly as advertised & to a very high standard, with several different areas to relax. Beverly had thought of everything & added lovely little touches. The accommodation was less than 5 minutes walk from town & had a nice view of the water.
Nothing - everything was excellent - just wish we'd had time to spend longer.

The property is amazing, everything is top quality and everything works, the owner is around to give advice on what to do and where to go.
There is a lovely seating area at the back of the studio where you can relax and read or even eat a takeaway.

This was our second visit to the Boat House.
We love the location and appreciate the decor and comfort of this wonderful place to stay. Beverly is friendly and wonderful hostess, and we thoroughly enjoyed catching up with her again.

Alles hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Es war ein außergewöhnlicher Aufenthalt. Alles sehr schön vom Appartement bis zum exzellenten Frühstück! Wir hätten mindestens eine Nacht länger bleiben sollen. In der Nähe sind auch zwei erstklassige Strände.

It exceeded our expectations, we felt so at home in the beautiful boathouse. Bev was so helpful. Spotlessly clean with every attention to detail.

Immaculately clean, delightfully furnished, and well designed cottage. Beverly and Bill were excellent hosts, and provided a lovely breakfast and a great welcome. They even lent us their bikes for a ride to Mt Paku before we departed. Looking forward to our next visit.

The breakfast was very good, well prepared and well presented. We appreciate the beautiful table setting including linen serviettes and coffee. The decor is beautiful including the art and state of the art comforts. The hosts are lovely and very generous people.

Clean and comfortable, spacious and with the little extra hospitality touches that make a place stand out.
You are literally situated on the main road through town, but this is not a problem at night as it is completely quiet. The windows of the unit are also double-glazed so one barely hears anything when they are all shut.

Amazing facilities, breakfast was fabulous and the location was great for walking around Tairua. Hosts were fantastic, clear and very easy to communicate with.

Absolutely a 10/10 stay. The room and amenities were fantastic and the breakfast was above and beyond my expectations. Lovely hosts, I would love to stay again if I need a place in Tairua. A great private spot after our wedding 😉.

Our whole stay was just incredible, beautiful accommodation with lovely touches. The studio is very well appointed with additional extras and super comfortable bed. Amazing fresh breakfast next morning. Bev and Bill were so welcoming, great hosts and cannot wait to stay again.
