The apartment was in a really good location, i enjoyed staying there, there is a pool in the roof with a really nice view to the ocean, and the staff there is amazing, anything i needed from them, they got it in minutes. Thank you so much for the nice stay 🌹

Die nette Managerin Frau Maria, die Personal Zentrale Herr Mina und der Herr Emil diese Leute haben mir gut geholfen und sind sehr nett und können bei Problemen helfen. Preis ist auch gut ca. 23eu pro Nacht mit guter Ausstattung und RUHIGER 5 Etage, konnte ohne Probleme auf guten Bett schlafen und die Aussicht ist extrem gut.

Das ich nicht länger wie 2 tage dort war. Weil ich andere appartement hatte was nicht so gut war aber 5euro billiger war.

The receptionist asked for extra money. She sent us to a very old room that wasn't fully furnished, and when we refused she sent us to a better room but without a wardrobe.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, the apartment was clean, the furniture is really nice.

The pool had male staff wondering around which made it awkward to swim in the pool in their presence

Camerele spatioase , curate au fost ca in descriere. The spacious, clean rooms were as described. Recomand pentru toata lumea. I recommend for everyone. Am avut o saptamana excelenta. Je tiens à remercier la dame de l'accueil "jacquelines" si je ne me trompe pas pour son excellent accueil, son sourire, sa disponibilité, elle nous a dirigé vers les activités et etait disponible tôt le matin pour qu'on ne rate pas les départs!! L'hotel etait bien situé !

The rooms are nice and clean, the staff is very helpful. The place is in the center of Hurghada. The WiFi works very well, which is important to me. The view from the roof is actually very beautiful

Это в общем не отель, а скорее маленькие квартирки в одном доме с ресепшеном внизу. 1. В номере нет даже мыла в ванной, правда по запросу приносят. 2. Все старое и несвежее. У душа протекает шланг - вода льется во все стороны, кондиционеры шумят как самолёт на взлете, одеял нет. 3. Завтрак на троечку, да ещё и приборы не дали. 4. Самое главное - тут можно забыть про интернет. Номинально он есть, но как правило не работает, т.к. отель вовремя не оплачивает его (постоянно вылезало окошко что кончился траффик). Перекантоваться сутки - терпимо, но останавливаться тут для отдыха совсем не могу посоветовать. При заселении дали категорию выше, хозяин попросил за это высокую оценку. Хозяин, если читаешь - извини, но для хорошей оценки нужно хотя бы интернет вовремя оплачивать.

There was an AC in every room. The staff was nice and helpful. You can see the sea from the rooftop.

The mattress was very stiff and uncomfortable. There was no toiletries.

Here Jorge welcomed us in a very friendly way when we got there during the midnight yesterday. The space is spacious enough for two people‘s stay and I feel at home because of the cozy atmosphere and complete homehold facilities.And I had a good breakfast：）

everything! the room was smelling, dirty and ugly, changed to another room the next day because they declined cancellation, a little better, still bad, dirty and smelly though. ordered food and got wrong order but the staff insisted that was my order even though menu had pictures she also claimed the menu had old prices so i had to pay 30% over plus extra for delivery oh and power outage. overall a very bad experience

Very dirty room. The rooftop pool is half broken and unclean. The internet didn’t work. The hotel staff was not very helpful. They only helped me when I was in absolute desperation. The location is not central (it’s on top of a hill). And did I mention the very dirty room!

This place is beyond amazing, the view is to die for. It is close to shops, the beach,restaurants and everything you need. The apartments are huge with lounge,bedroom, bathroom with bath and kitchen all very clean. The staff are friendly and helpful and special thanks to Geography who made me feel welcome and all the more special. The roof top pool with view is incredible. I have extended my stay here twice because it's that good and value for money. Going to miss this place best I have stayed and experienced so far in Egypt.

It good, the staff was friendly and cooperative, I had couple of issues, but quickly they solved it, It is a family friendly place, they have a nice and safe pool on roof. Overall I liked it, and it will be visited again.

The rooftop view and pool area is breathtaking! It is a great place to relax away from the city noise. The staff here are helpful with recommendations and were very accommodating for our late flight checkout date. If you prefer to check out the beaches, it is a short 8 minute walk, we entered at the restaurant near Bella Vista resort and Zelhitos Cafe. 75 EGP following Ramadan and chairs included with a bar for drinks/food to purchase at reasonabke prices. We enjoyed this as well! The grocery store is across the street from the beach area and we cooked meals without issues using their pots/pans. Large fridge inside and comfortable beds with clean sheets! Cash payment on arrival and very flexible from the owner to go out to ATM to collect payment later without hassle. Highly recommend Charbel 🙂

Nice location, quiet area. The owner was helpful. The water heater didn't work the first day and he managed to fix it the next day. Nice view from the rooftop.

The apartment was a bit dirty, dust on the floor and tables. Towels very small.

The place was clean and had good space apartments for family ,safe,quiet for resting and location is just 5min walk too the beach, downtown,good service and helpful staff with specially George and john hard worker guys dispo anytime.free accès for wash machine,WiFi. We had great time.

Amazing rooftop pool and view. Friendly service George. Clean room and silent. Lift to move up to the roof. Recommendable for a getaway. Great quality breakfast. Comfortable bed.
