We love the view. The place is cozy. Ms. Jillene is very nice. She responds to our questions quickly.

The restroom. The toilet have problems. About the check out time, it is very misleading. As per booking.com, check out time is from 12noon to 1pm. There were ladies who knocked on our door at 12:30 pm and telling us that we should be out of the room by 12noon and they checked us out without notice. I did not like the attitude of the ladies. They should be courteous in all their guests. I don't know if they were cleaners but they should at least treat the guests politely.

The stay was very pleasant and the view was fantastic.

- There’s bad smell coming from the toilet drainage. - We tried to move the bed a little to look for a wall outlet and found a lot of dirt under the bed.

the view and the balcony. it’s loc at the 8th flr and the view was really nice facing taal volcano. very near to diff establishments like malls grocery hardware and sky ranch

the smell at the bathroom and didnt have soap holder in the bathroom. not the comfiest bed in the world so if you just need a clean and decent place to stay it should be fine. we rented an overnight parking slot to the unit owner/care taker and someone used our slot hence the guard didn’t let us use it so we had to wait for around 40mins for them to figure out what happened. quite time consuming as we wanted to take a rest before we check out.
