The villa was beautifully clean and well equipped. Mesh over the windows kept the insects out and shutters kept us cool (without the optional air con) despite temperatures of over 30. The area is great - there are beautiful beaches very nearby, transfer from the airport was only a ten minute drive, and the gardens are verdant with a stunning sea view. We managed without a car for the week (due to personal preference) but the parking available would be perfect for anyone wanting to explore the island more.

The climate and verdant gardens inevitably mean that there are a lot of insects around so prepare to get nibbles when sitting out on the terrace in the evenings. Repellant spray did nothing to deter them. The paths leading up to Villa Kos from the road are also quite rough and easy to fall on.

We loved the garden and the view. Enjoying this together with the nice house made our holiday great!

The location was good, only a few minutes walk from the Horizon beach, with a garden and lovely view towards Kalymnos. Very comfortable and well equipped villa, friendly and helpful hosts. We all enjoyed our time there. It is advisable to have a car as it's too far to walk to Mastichari in the evening along a busy road.

Some new pillows could be provided, and perhaps towels don't need to be changed so often (to be more eco friendly).

The house is perfect for families with children. The location is ideal, secluded but close to everything and with a wonderful view to the ocean. Communication was perfect and host even helped making arrangements for COVID tests. If we return to Kos we would stay there again.

We had a rest on the villa Kos with family of 3 people at the end of July, 2018. There is a wish to note that rest was magic and unforgettable here. Unusually convenient location of the villa, very friendly and smiling locals, is a lot of magnificent places which need to be seen, the cleanest beaches - there is only small a description chat. Separately it is necessary to tell about very responsible, sympathetic, instantly reacting to any wish guests, owners of the villa: Blandine & Leonidas. They entirely deserve a rank Superhost as their optimism, friendliness, diligence and the round-the-clock care of the guests above any praises! We very much are grateful to them for fine rest!
