Damaged kitchen desk. Air conditioner is not able to cool sufficiently main bedroom. Playground is too close to villas.

The owners had thought of everything you might need during your stay and even things you never knew you needed! The outside space was beautifully maintained - so kudos to the very charming property manager who is also in charge of maintaining the actually buildings (he’s charming and helpful). The property is located a little outside Kos town in a beautiful garden therefore providing a calm and quiet oasis. This really is one of the best maintained and pretty properties we’ve been to.

A beautiful, quiet and intimate place. 5 houses only, inside an olive grove. The houses are simple but very comfortable. Great location.

Very clean, cosy and bright accommodation. The territory of the property is full of greenery. This is really a kind of unique accommodation in Kos, and the host was very kind indeed. Check in and check out was quite flexible. Would be happy to stay again.

All was really great! The only thing - just keep in mind, if you're in a hurry, that some short electricity blackouts in Kos may happen, and the main gate for the car could not be opened in those times. This is a minor issue, anyway.

This property is lovely in an olive grove and so peaceful and it is immaculate. The property Manager was amazing and kept the house cleaned every day and was so helpful. It is in a quiet area but you can get into town easily but you do really need a car. However, the beach is just a walk away and there is also a bus that goes into town. Kos was beautiful and there are lots of places to go near the house.

There was nothing we didn't like and the only thing they could add is a microwave to the house.

Ta Spitakia is a lovely property with a lots of green field with very well treated grass. we loved the house, with lots of sun and very comfortable we had everyday cleaning and change of sheets every two days. it was a fantastic week in KOS kallia was very nice and helped a lot We´ll come back for sure Ta Spitakia is a five star plus house

The villa is lovely. Spacious, clean and comfortable. Beds are very good and there is a choice between two types of pillows. The garden is wonderful with soft grass and olive trees. A quiet place with a porch swing. What could be better?

A little too close to Kos Town. There is no washing machine which is a pity. But there is a dishwasher.

The outside was like paradise. comfortable so that the children can play without fear. very polite staff and everything we needed was at our disposal. the house very clean with modern design. we will be there again next summer!

Very nice place for relax and enjoy the island. By car you can reach any part of Kos and come back in this lovely place where peace and relax are living… Great garden and very nice villa, also kind staff at your disposal all the time. Really recommended!

Everything you could want is at Ta Spitakia. Nice, modern & clean apartment houses. Amenities are top notch: grill, laundry, fun activities like football and basketball, outdoor exercise equipment & sun loungers. Kitchen has all utensils you could need & a large fridge- we enjoyed making fresh juice with the provided juicer. Beds are comfy, AC works well and wifi is good and stable. Ta Spitakia is an easy distance in between lambi and tigaki beach. We chose bikes for our stay and the Lidl and beaches were all perfect distance for riding bicycles. Also the location is on the quieter roads and we felt safe to explore. Perfect little organic food/veggie stand that is his own harvest about .5km away. Staff is very friendly and attentive and there for anything you need. Take their transfer to/from the airport- was easy, pleasant and they were nice enough to stop by a little shop because it was Sunday and they knew it was a bit later and no supermarkets are open- that was super nice! Honestly, i could go on and on. If you are looking for a place that is spacious, affordable, near beaches & quiet, but things to do- this is your place. Would highly recommend and definitely will be back for sure!

Everything was clean, the communication with the Ta Spitaki was very friendly and helpful. It is perfect for families or people that want to have privacy. The kitchen is fully equipped.

For us it was a little bit to secluded, as the houses are behind a gate in a very nice big facility.

Might the owner think about the pool. Than it is more than super place but sea at Kos also recocer that;)
