Very good location with Starbucks in the ground floor and convenience stores. It’s across the Seoul Station so anyone would know where it is. Any mode of transportation is available and even non-English speaking taxi drivers know where “Seoul Station” is. Shopping, a grocery and the AREX is right across. Property manager is responsive. It’s budget friendly and well-appointed.

Air conditioning wasn’t working well when we arrived but electric fans were available and the air conditioning was immediately repaired upon my request

The location was 4 mins walk from Seoul station. Also across the street was Lotte Mart. With starbucks and 711 on the 1st floor. Very spacious, clean, and complete with stuffs you will need.

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment has everything you need, and it's so close to Seoul Station. Beds are comfortable, and I would say the size is good for 2 adults/2 kids. Will defo rebook on our next trip to Seoul.

I stayed in 3 different accommodations whilst I was in Korea and this one was by far my favourite! It was nice to be able to experience living in a classic Seoul city loft apartment and it felt very homely at the same time. The owner was very friendly and spoke English, they answered any questions I had whilst we were there and they left us a very clear guide for our stay. The place is equipped with so many thoughtful and useful things such as AC, fans, cutlery, dishes, slippers, towels, shower products, hairdryer, kettle, shopping tote bag, umbrella, travel adapter plugs and extension leads etc.! The place is clean and the beds were also comfortable. The best part is the location as it is right by Seoul station, which connects to everywhere inside and outside of Seoul as well as the airports too. The 24/7 7-Eleven right outside the apartment building had been super useful and so was the Lotte Mart across the road. Being right by the station was so convenient that I really missed staying here once we had left to stay at another location! I would definitely love to stay here again next time ^^ I made so many fun memories here with my friends, thank you for the lovely stay! 🥰🙇‍♀️

I struggled with asthma due to the Aircon and I was thankful that there is a humidifier in the room - however, unfortunately the humidifier doesn't work. If this could be fixed, it would be perfect! You also have to empty the trash into the correct recycling bins outside the apartment before you leave - Korea is very particular about this and it is explained in our room guide - however when we got there, the bins were very confusing. I would advise you give yourself enough time to familiarise yourself with which bin is the correct one, as we were in a rush to get to the airport.

The instructions were spot on, worked immediately. The host, whom we never got to see, set up a whatsapp group to ensure contact if we needed it. The flat was ready 2 hours ahead of the check-in. It has gorgeous views over one side of the city. It's right across the road from the central train station for direct commute to the airport and access to the metro (best mean of transportation by far was visiting Seoul). Everything in the flat worked. There's the main room with double bed, kitchenette, bathroom and a mezzanine above with another double bed.

The location was good as it was very close to Seoul Station. The property was well equipped with everything we needed.

It was a little hard to find and it would be good if there was a small sign in the window saying Travel House as the property seemed to be in a residential block. The stairs in the appartment were a bit dangerous and slippery.

Fast responses, staff very helpfull and nice, we could even leave the last day our luggage at the appartment (late evening flight)

The Air conditioning did not work, and the owner did send someone to fix it. However, it was I that had to follow up with them about the status of the repair everyday. All I heard was they were waiting on parts. No very proactive about our needs. I asked for a reasonable discount for the inconvenience conditions we experienced, however, it landed on deaf ears. Buyers beware!!! The host is not very responsive to customers satisfactions

Opposite Seoul Main Rail station - but really quiet! My only thing was I got stuck in the underground parking as did not have correct token. Pressed help - and the attendant ran to help and took my money and did it manually. Despite our lack of mutual language - job was done pleasantly and politely. Loved the fact that they allowed us to leave luggage there before book in time too.

The name of the accommodation is the same as that of a franchise Travel House - on the OTHER side of Seoul station. So we went there, offloaded our luggage and then had to get back in the car. Thank goodness we had our own car. YES - I should have put in the ADDRESS not the name. But this privately owned property should perhaps on their website mention that this could happen and for people to ensure they go to correct address :)

Central location (Seoul station and KTX) and host very quick to reply. We have everything in the apartment that we needed. It was quiet despite on the top floor in a busy Seoul district.

excellent location. travellers should consider staying near Seoul Station so that you can first unload your luggages at the accommodation before exploring the city. While i see more escalators and elevators, there are still a portion with only stairs. unless you are a veteran and strong, it is a nightmare to travel with luggages. there are eateries around the accommodation. lotte mart is diagonally opposite. while the furnishing is old, it is clean and cozy and it has a nice view.

Great location, very near to Seoul station, AREX, subway and KTX line. Lotte mart is just opposite of this building. The room also very good with nice view, comfortable beddings and others needed items.

Location is good. There is an exit from Seoul Station which is the AREX terminal. Room is of very decent size. There is a loft with a bed but you can't stand when you are there. It will be however rather fun for older kids and young teenagers. Fully functional kitchen with washer/dryer and a full size fridge.

I won't complain with this price. Just to provide some facts here. I feel this is more like a Airbnb style room than a hotel. It is in a apartment-like building. There is no housekeeping or anything but most of the stuff you need are provided when you "check-in" (they send you the passcode to the building and the unit). Just beware that you will be requested to clear your trash when you "check-out". You have to take them to throw downstairs nearby the building. This can be a little challenging as foreigners may not familiar with their trash classification and have to spend a little time to figure out how to do it.

This is a great place when travelling with friends as you can have heaps of people in the same room. Would benefit from another bathroom as 9 people and 1 bathroom is a bit hard to work. Also the room was a little smaller than expected by the picture. However this was a fun stay and a great location!
