The cable did not work on any of the TVs and there was no notification about it. We didn't know until we called the office, and there was no solution.
One of the showers had soap scum and mold all over the floors.

太小气了。 除了入住当天有的厕纸，厨房纸和一个旅行装的洗洁精，和一晚的洗发水。其余的都要重新给钱购买。没有洗碗机清洗剂，没有抹布或者洗碗海绵，只有一小卷厨房纸，垃圾袋也只提供第一天的，后面不配，都要花钱购买。 洗衣机也更不可能有任何洗衣液配备。我们住了6晚，没有这些基本的清洁用品，连垃圾袋都没有，很困难。 我觉得酒店在这些基本配置上太小气不合理。在这点上都不如Airbnb 。 房间有很多设施有问题，比如后院的HOT TUB不热，也不能调整温度，HOT TUB里都是上批客人留下来的沙，没有过滤清洁。床单上也有明显污渍。 别墅里的空调是坏的，我们去的这几天有几天在下雨很冷，空调无法使用，通知了前台，也没有维修恢复，所以我们在房间里很冷。 头两天主卧的浴室下水道不通畅，洗澡水无法排出，后来维修了。但第一天就出现这些问题，证明没有很好的验房维护就给客人入住了。

The property was nice. Rooms were clean. Lots of space and rooms makes a comfortable stay for larger groups.
Only one pool with cold water. Be aware it’s very much like staying at an Airbnb. Not a lot of staff, only enough household supplies for a Joey time and you are required to replenish them yourself. Water temps were strange. Some showers were scolding hot while others were cold.

The design and cleanness of the complex and the facilities.. everything was great. I would deffinetly come back again
I wish they had notified me that my payment included cleaning fees around 200$ which adds up to 2 times cleaning service that I did not use. And I contactes bookjng regarding this issue but had no response from them or booking.

this is one of the best places I have ever been to, it's very quite & comfortable. Plus, there is no issues whatsoever in the property.. the place is 5 min away from Disney & surrounded by everything on the highway

Clean, cool and very spacious. The initial impact is very good. The common area gym, pool, tennis court and football game were good.
Some basics would have gone from good to great. For example a toaster, larger cereal bowls or being able to use disabled ‘smart’ function on telly to cast to (most non Americans really don’t want to watch US tv).

I have stayed at the Magic Village Yards, and I miss the balconies that the Yards had. I wish the pool was a little deeper.

location was great to the Disney Parks, we loved the pool and having a large place with our own BBQ and hot tub
the house could have been cleaned a lot better (dust in the windows, carpet had some stains, shower felt a tad grimy)
also low stocked we had to ask for more paper towels, dishwashing needs such as a towel to dry dishes
