We liked that we all could be together in the same house. Having 4 grandchildren, it is important to us that there is plenty for them to do and that they are happy and they had a great time.

Our family was waiting for the bus to come to take us all to Disney, and my husband uses a scooter, and two of my grandsons are in a double stroller. When the bus arrived, the employee who was a woman with blonde slicked back hair told my son to fold up the stroller. My son, in a com voice, told the employee that the last time we took the bus, we didn't have to fold the stroller. She responded back very nasty and told my son well that was yesterday and stormed away and went inside and kept it going with other staff very loudly around other guests. To me, we pay to stay at your resort, and that was toldly uncalled for, and if the driver wanted us to fold up the stroller, we would have no problem. The driver should be the one to ask my son to fold up the stroller, not the employee.

Clean, comfortable, and plenty of space for everyone in our group.

Overpriced home and over-ruled environment. Rules are posted everywhere at the lobby, by the house, on the back porch, and handed out on paper just in case they were missed elsewhere. Someone came to the door to explain more rules in person. At the large community pool, the music was often interrupted so that the rules could be announced over the speakers. It was a little much.

house very tired and badly in need for refurbishing. walls need refreshing carpets worn out from over cleaning, furniture tired beddings very tired, just a potentially nice villa that needs some attention. once the owner can confirm that the house has been fully refurbished and cleaned up then definitely worth a visit but until them it may be worth looking at other villas within encore. I have stayed at another encore villa before this one which was smaller but clean and well maintained.

service - didn’t have use of TV for 7 days- cleanliness- no use of spa- power outage- dishwasher stopped working- pool dirty- cinema room not set up. Complaint made, but fair play to manger Sarah who visited and agreed part payment back however, holiday was ruined due to non use of services paid for

Nice village, quiet and peaceful.

Much does not correspond to what was described. For example, the cinema is out of order and we couldn't enjoy it. The jacuzzi didn't work either! For 2 days we tried to turn it on and eventually gave up. The beds in some rooms are broken, the mattresses are falling through. When we first entered the house, there was stale air and the smell of dust (allergies began). Wet cleaning clearly before our arrival was not done. Pay attention to the bar stools, they require dry cleaning. In general, the expectation was higher. Thanks

the home was beautiful and spacious. the private pool and hot tub was a hit with the kiddos!

Unfortunately, all kids ended up with ear infections from the private pool. Per our doctor, it’s due to the pool not properly maintained/cleaned. Also, the movie theater room did not work.

The space was large and the beds were comfortable, the entertainment room was loved by the whole family.

There were a number of hidden costs and fees including shuttles rides, heating the pool and hot tub, access to a grill, and a late check-out. The cupboard was sparsely stocked and not a great cooking experience.

House was clean and well maintained. Pool was nice and clean. On site water park was great for the kids.

Extra charge required to heat house pool and to get a gas grill for use during stay. Courtesy shuttle to theme parks wasn’t the best. Reservations are required for shuttle times. Resort should have put this in the email confirming our stay so we could have made reservations prior to arrival.
